Powerful mail attack on a low budget: The beginning and end of the Blue Wyrm Travesty card

The world of Splinterlands is truly strange and exciting. Getting to know new cards every day and researching their functionality is a great addiction for me. Especially when you find an extraordinary ability in a very cheap or ordinary card, that joy is different. Today I will talk to you about a card that may seem very ordinary to many, but its attacking power has impressed me. The card is called 'Blue Wyrm Travesty'.

Those of you who play Splinterlands regularly know that Water Splendor or Water Element cards are usually quite powerful. However, this card is a little exceptional because even though it is of the Water Element, its main characteristic is very much of an undead nature. If you look at the bottom of the card, you will see 'Undead' written there. Looking at its graphics and design, it looks like a dead or skeletal dragon, with a blue glow emanating from its body. But the real surprise is hidden in its stats or powers.

When I first saw this card on the market, I was a little surprised by its price. Its price is quite low compared to the current market. Many people may ignore it because of its cheap cards, but I became quite interested in its melee attack and direct attack ability. If you look at its level 1 card, you will see that its attacking power is 7. A 7 melee attack means a lot in our game. If this card can hit an opponent's unit once correctly on the battlefield, it becomes almost impossible for that unit to survive. Many expensive cards do not have such a high attack power.

However, this card has one limitation, which is its mana cost. To bring it to the battlefield, you have to spend 13 mana. This means that you will only get the opportunity to use it when you participate in a high mana or high-point game. But I think this card can be a game-changer for you in big matches. Because its health or vitality is very high (10), and it has 3 shields or armor. That is, it not only attacks well, but also has enough strength to withstand the opponent's blows.

Today I decided to level up this card. Because I know that increasing the level of a card in Splinterlands increases its effectiveness many times over. I combined or added a total of 14 cards to bring the card to level 3. As soon as I leveled up the card, I noticed several changes in its stats. First, its health increased from 10 to 11, which made it more durable. But the happiest thing is that after reaching level 3, it got a new ability or special power, called 'Slow'.

This 'Slow' ability or power can turn the game around. Its function is to reduce the speed of all opponent units by 1. Those who play Splinterlands know how important it is to attack first. If your unit's speed is high, you can attack first. And when this card is slowing down everyone on the opposing team, your other cards get a chance to attack first. This can be a great combination, especially with the fast cards of Water Splendor.

I have some personal observations about this card. We often buy expensive cards in the back of the game, but do not look at small and affordable cards. However, if you think strategically, this Blue Wyrm Travesty card can act as a strong pillar for your entire lineup. If you can use its tremendous attacking power, you can easily crush big opponents. I think that any card should be judged by its performance, not its price.

Today's level-up experience was quite good for me. It is really amazing that a card worth only $ 0.49 (according to the market price of level 3) can have such a big impact. Especially when it became level 3, the icon that came at the bottom of it increased its nobility. I will now use this card regularly in my high mana matches. Those who are thinking of building a new water deck can feel free to try this card if they want a strong attacking option within their budget.

The fun of Splinterlands is that each card has a different story, a different importance. Blue Wyrm Travesty may not be a royal card, but it is a hardworking and destructive card. I believe that those who understand the importance of this card and use it in the right position will not be disappointed. A successful bite of this dead dragon on the game field can pave the way for your victory. In the coming days, I will talk to you about some more simple yet effective cards that will add a new dimension to your gaming experience. Overall, I am very satisfied with today's card upgrade.
