Welcome back to another awesome Splinterlands post guys, and I hope all of you are doing pretty great in your lives and enjoying an energetic and wonderful day with your family and friends. Now, if you happen to be one of those who are actively playing this cool Web3 card-based game irrespective of the market condition and trying hard to improve your NFT card and asset collection, I believe almost all of you are currently busy fighting in the bloody season ranked battles and climbing higher on the trophy ladder until you reach your goal. If we take a quick look at the current ranked season timer, there are still around 7 days and 22 hours left before this season comes to an end, which means there is still plenty of time left in hand to improve your ranking and secure some juicy rewards before the reset.

Now, let's take a peek at my own activities in the frontier mode of this game. As usual, I am currently competing in the highest Gold I league tier and my trophy count stands at 3,760. My season target remains unchanged as I am aiming for the 4,200 trophy mark first and then, if everything goes well, I will once again try to secure a place on the leaderboard.

On another note, I recently received another Battle Challenge from the daily wheel. Thankfully, I managed to win it successfully and received a total of 200 Sparks from the challenge itself, along with another 200 Sparks for completing it. This also marked my second consecutive victory in the Battle Challenge event, so I am quite happy about that little achievement, and let's see how much time it takes for me to finally finish all the battles in the series.

Going forward, if we take a quick look at the ongoing weekly Frontier raffle, I currently have 60 entries collected already, which is actually a pretty thrilling number if you compare with my average count. With around 21 hours and 30 minutes remaining before the raffle ends, I will try to push my total entries toward the 66 to 69 range if my win rate remains good enough. Now, apart from that, I also opened 6 Foundation packs today that I earned from the last two days' daily rewards. The results were quite interesting because I managed to pull 2 Gold Foil Rare Archons, 3 Gold Foil Common cards, 5 Rare cards, including another 2 Archons, and the rest were Common cards. Overall, I think the packs treated me fairly well this time.

Now, moving forward, let us come to the main topic of this post, as today I will be talking about another fascinating monster from the newest Escalation mini set. As you have probably already guessed from the title and thumbnail above, today's featured monster is Vitassent. So if you are interested in learning more about this card, let us dive straight into it.
Vitassent is a Legendary monster card that belongs to the Life element and comes from the Elemental bloodline. This monster was introduced with the newest Escalation mini set and immediately caught my attention because of its unique dual attack combination. Since this is a Legendary card, you need a total of 11 BCX cards in order to upgrade it to its maximum level. This monster costs 9 mana to use in battle, which means it is mostly suited for medium to high mana limit matches. However, once you take a look at its stats and abilities, it becomes easy to understand why the mana cost is relatively high. At maximum level, this monster gains a total of three abilities while also carrying both melee and magic attacks at the same time. Let us now take a closer look at its league-wise stats and abilities.

At level 1, this monster possesses 2 melee attack power and 2 magic attack power at 3 speed, along with 2 armor and 5 health. Right from the beginning, it also comes with the Charge ability. This is an excellent ability because it allows Vitassent to continue using its melee attack no matter where it is placed in your lineup.

CHARGE – Can use melee attacks from any position.
When upgraded to level 2, this monster becomes slightly stronger and now possesses 2 melee attack power plus 2 magic attack power at 4 speed with 2 armor and 6 health. Although no new abilities are unlocked at this stage, the extra speed and health make the monster noticeably more durable and effective in battle.
As this monster reaches level 3, its stats remain the same as before, but it unlocks a brand new ability called Kindred Will: Rebirth. This ability can be extremely useful when combined with the right lineup because it allows additional monsters to come back into battle after being defeated.

KINDRED WILL: REBIRTH – At the start of battle, adjacent units with Kindred gain the Rebirth ability.
Finally, at level 4, this monster reaches its maximum form. It now possesses 3 melee attack power and 3 magic attack power at 5 speed with 2 armor and 7 health. At this level, it also gains another ability called Armoured Strike. This ability becomes very powerful because it essentially gives the monster an additional source of damage as long as it still has armor remaining.

ARMORED STRIKE – If armored, gains a melee attack that deals damage equal to remaining armor.
Last but not least, I think this monster is absolutely packed with value. The first thing that grabs my attention is obviously its dual attack type. Having both melee and magic attacks on the same monster already makes it a dangerous threat, and when you combine that with its healthy armor, good health pool, and decent speed, you get a very complete package for only 9 mana. The Charge ability is another major advantage because it allows this monster to keep attacking regardless of where it is sitting in your lineup. Whether it is in the front, middle, or back, it will continue sending heavy damage toward enemy monsters every round. I also find the Kindred Will: Rebirth ability very interesting. If used properly with adjacent Kindred monsters, you can potentially end up with multiple monsters gaining Rebirth, which can become incredibly frustrating for your opponent to deal with. Finally, the Armored Strike ability adds another layer of offensive potential. As long as Vitassent still has armor available, it gains an extra melee attack based on its remaining armor value. This means protecting its armor becomes extremely important because the longer it stays intact, the more damage this monster can continue producing. Overall, I think Vitassent is a fantastic dual-attack monster that combines offense, survivability, and utility into a single package. It is definitely one of the more exciting Legendary monsters introduced in the Escalation set. What do you think about this card?

The Vitassent card's combination of dual attack and Armored Strike is truly amazing, it can be a game-changer in high mana battles. Thanks for the detailed and beautiful review!
