Welcome back to another fresh and juicy Splinterlands post, and I hope all of you are doing pretty great in your lives and enjoying a vibrant and energetic day with your family and friends. I also hope your ranked battles have been going smoothly so far in this ongoing season and that you are steadily climbing the trophy ladder while collecting plenty of valuable rewards every single day. The current ranked season still has around 8 days and 20 hours remaining before it comes to an end, which means there is still plenty of time left for all of us to improve our trophy count and push toward our seasonal goals. Whether you are aiming for a higher league tier or trying to secure a top champion leaderboard position, I wish all of you the very best of luck and hope you achieve everything you have planned before the season resets.

Now talking about my own progress in the Frontier mode, I am currently battling in the highest Gold I league with 3,320 trophies. Like every season, my first objective will remain same, to reach the 4,300 trophy milestone before thinking about anything else. Once I get there, I will once again try to push toward the leaderboard if I still have enough Battle Energy and time remaining. Looking at this week's raffle progress, I currently have 33 raffle entries collected so far. There are still around 3 days and 19 hours remaining before the raffle ends, so I am once again targeting somewhere between 54 and 57 entries before the weekly reset.

Today's Frontier Daily Wheel gave me 100 Sparks along with another 20 Sparks from my daily streak bonus. More importantly, today marks my 80th consecutive login streak, and I am really happy that I have managed to maintain it for so long without missing a day. Those additional 20% bonus rewards continue to accumulate nicely over time and thanks to today's rewards, my total Sparks balance has now reached 29,516 Sparks, and hopefully I will be able to cross the 30K milestone very soon.

Apart from that, today I also opened 6 Foundation Packs that I earned from the last two days' daily missions. Although there were no Legendary or Epic cards this time, I still had a fairly satisfying opening. I managed to pull 8 Rare cards, including an impressive 4 Archons, together with 1 Gold Foil Common card, while the remaining cards were all regular Common cards. Getting four Archons from only six packs is definitely something that I cannot complain about, so overall I am happy with today's rewards.

Now moving on to today's featured monster, let us take a closer look at another interesting reward monster from the newest Conclave Arcana Reward card set. As you have already seen in the title and thumbnail above, today we will be discussing Torrent Sniper. So, if you are interested to know more about this card, then let's jump right in without any further ado.
The Torrent Sniper was first seen in the game with the launch of the newest Conclave Arcana Reward card set. This monster belongs to the Water element and comes from the Avian bloodline. It is classified as a Rare monster card, meaning players need a total of 115 copies to fully upgrade it to its highest level. Torrent Sniper costs 7 mana to deploy, making it a solid choice for medium and high mana limit battles where durable backline attackers become extremely valuable. It uses Magic attacks, allowing it to deal damage directly to enemy Health while ignoring Armor in most situations. At its maximum level, this monster unlocks three useful abilities that improve both its offensive capabilities and overall team utility. Let us now take a closer look at its stats and abilities across different leagues.

At Level 2, Torrent Sniper possesses 2 Magic attack, 2 Speed, 2 Armor, and 8 Health. At this level, it already gains its first ability called SNIPE.

SNIPE – Magic and ranged units target the first non-melee enemy unit behind the first position.
At Level 4, Torrent Sniper maintains 2 Magic attack and 2 Speed while improving to 3 Armor and keeping its impressive 8 Health. At this level, it unlocks another interesting ability called PAINFORGE.

PAINFORGE – Gains +1 Power whenever damaged by Poison, Burning, or by an allied unit.
At Level 6, Torrent Sniper becomes even stronger with 3 Magic attack, 3 Speed, 3 Armor, and 8 Health. Although no new ability is unlocked at this level, the increase in both Magic damage and Speed makes it a much stronger offensive threat while also improving its chances of attacking before slower opponents.
At Level 8, Torrent Sniper reaches its maximum form with 3 Magic attack, 3 Speed, 3 Armor, and 9 Health. At this level, it unlocks its final ability called WEAKEN.

WEAKEN – Reduces the maximum Health of all enemy units by 1.
Last but not least, I think Torrent Sniper is a very well-balanced Rare reward monster that combines durability, utility, and consistent Magic damage into one excellent package. The first thing that impressed me is its defensive stat line. Having a strong combination of Armor and a large Health pool makes this monster surprisingly difficult to eliminate for a backline Magic attacker. On top of that, its Magic attacks ignore Armor in most situations, allowing it to pressure enemy Health directly throughout the battle. Now, the first ability that I really enjoy is its Snipe ability. Instead of wasting attacks on the frontline tank, Torrent Sniper immediately targets the first non-melee monster behind the frontline. Since it deals Magic damage directly to Health, it becomes extremely effective at removing fragile support monsters, enemy Magic attackers, and ranged damage dealers much faster than many other backline attackers. The Painforge ability is another unique addition. Although it requires certain conditions to activate, gaining additional attack power after suffering Poison, Burning, or damage from an allied unit can significantly increase Torrent Sniper's offensive potential. In specialized team compositions built around these mechanics, this ability can become surprisingly powerful. Finally, the Weaken ability provides excellent team support by reducing the maximum Health of every enemy monster. This might seem like a small effect at first, but across an entire enemy lineup it makes every opposing monster slightly easier to eliminate. Combined with its ability to snipe vulnerable backline targets using Magic damage, Torrent Sniper becomes even more effective at helping your team secure faster eliminations. Overall, I believe Torrent Sniper is an outstanding Rare reward monster that offers an excellent combination of survivability, targeted Magic damage, and useful support abilities. Whether you need a durable Magic sniper or simply want another reliable backline attacker for medium and high mana battles, this monster is definitely worth upgrading.
