Hello Splinterlands warriors and welcome back to my blog!

I'm continuing my ranked battles in the new season and earning rewards along the way. I've just unlocked Division Four in Silver League. The climb hasn't been easy and the competition is getting tougher. However, we have to keep pushing forward and earning glints.

One thing I really appreciate is the increase in glint rewards. With more glints, I can buy more reward chests and have more chances to increase my cards. Anyway, let's take a look at the rewards I received for reaching Division Four.

Two common cards and five thousand glints. They're nice rewards to keep advancing and keep me motivated to play.

Featured Battle

I like battles that I win against legendary archons. It shows that Splinterlands battles are not decided by more expensive cards but by better strategies and synergy.

In this battle, I had the Frontier archon Thalgrimore. Since the ruleset includes Equalizer and the mana cap was only thirty five, my tank was one mana Halfling Refugee. In second position was four mana Dark Arborist who deals two magic damage and has Demoralize and Magic Reflect abilities. In third was the highest mana card in the team. Gravebrand Warlock deals three magic damage and hast Swiftness and Execute abilities. In fourth is Sorrow Harvester who deals two magic damage and has Weaken ability. Arachne Weaver occupies the fifth position. He is the team healer who deals two magic damage. Finally, in last is Careless Badger who packs a punch for only three mana.

The enemy had a level two Brave the Bull archon and his units are a combination of Death and Fire. He also had the Halfling Refugee as his tank but his other units do not have much synergy with each other. For example, he had a unit with Painforge but didn't have any unit to activate it. My more synergized team won despite having the cheaper archon.
