Nyasha Mbalika is a legendary Fire unit from the Reward set. She belongs to the Ulund bloodline, costs 8 Mana and uses a Ranged attack. In today's post, we'll go over her lore, check out her stats & abilities as well as show a battle where she was used effectively.
Lore
Nyasha Mbalika is a young, slim and agile Ulund who fights with a bow while constantly staying on the move. She relies on speed and precision, targeting enemies with deadly shots that can turn the tide of battle. When Beku Janda and his sister charge, Nyasha provides covering fire, using volleys of arrows to push enemies back and draw attention away from them. Even as Palifala's magic tears apart the battlefield, Nyasha remains focused on her simple but effective rhythm: shoot, move, shoot, move.
Stats and Abilities
Nyasha Mbalika is a legendary fire unit with offensive, support and debuff abilities. At maxed level, she deals three range damage and is very fast with five speed. On defense she has an armor and seven health, making her a great defender against sneak attackers in the rear. She boasts of four abilities. She has Opportunity that allows her to hunt down the enemy low health units. Inspire increases the team's melee attack. Return Fire punishes the enemy range attacks against her and Stun makes her target lose turn in a round.
Featured Battle
In this battle, the ruleset included Explosive Weaponry. I had Night Reaper in second position who is immune to Blast damage. I had reliable damage dealers who have three attack or more. My damage dealers include Nyasha Mbalika who had three range attack.
The enemy used the Life archon who grants Deflect to her units and provide the Shield ability to Ulunds. Incidentally, he also had Nyasha in his team. Overall, my team had the advantage in speed and health stats. In a battle of attrition, these proved to be decisive enough for me to get the win.
