My Guild Brawl Update
Hello Splinterlands warriors and welcome back to my blog!
Brawl update: Not good. We dropped to sixth place this week. It's a tough competition and even my own performance suffered this week.
Guild Rank and Personal Performance
We are in sixth place in this week's brawl. It's a deplorable brawl on our part but sometimes it's just not our time to shine. Hopefully we can improve next week.
My own performance was just a little over 50%, winning five and lost three battles. Every guild member who joined in and contributed earned 4.2k Merits and 36 SPS for their efforts.
Featured Battle
Not much choice in this battle. Only two splinters were available and even only cards are allowed. I chose Dragon to have more choices of cards. I had Doomshield Warden at tank followed by my legendary gladiator Tatiana Blayde. Next is three magic damage Mindless Thrall. Then there's Olivia of the Brook who has the Mimic ability and also dual attack like Tatiana. In fifth is legendary Chuma Marandu who deals four melee damage with Sneak ability. Finally I had Calabash Sage who deals four range damage.
The enemy used chose Life but his units don't have great synergy. His tank has is a magic damage dealer and had weak defense. His other units also had low health. He did have a level two Tatiana Blayde which was higher than mine. Both our Olivia of the Brook gained the bloodlust ability which made the battle interesting but eventually my team won owing to the stronger tank.
