Splinterlands has undergone many changes since its launch, something that is common and necessary in order to adapt to the current reality. After the arrival of bots, there was a need to create a place where they couldn't interfere, since many people like to play without the use of auxiliary mechanisms and feel that this is detrimental to them. It's very common for artificial intelligences to outperform humans in many ways, and in this game, it's safe to say that they haven't yet, but they're still a lot of work.

Rankeds, the most common style of play in Splinterlands, has been split into two modes: Wild and Modern. Before that, there was just one, where you could use whatever you wanted. Currently, you can do this when playing in the first mode, while the second is restricted to only the last 2 sets of cards released in the game, as well as prohibiting the use of tools that help the player. This was a measure taken to try and please both sides, and it seems to be working.

I've always played Modern since its launch, but I decided to switch to Wild and played there for a while. Now, I've decided to go back to where I was at the beginning, and I'm going to mention a few benefits I've found that motivate me to keep playing on it.

The first of these, which has been applied to attract more manual players, is that the prize pool per win has been increased by 50%. This means that your winnings will be much higher, which motivates the player to stay in the game, as well as making the more competitive by rent better cards.

I'm currently at Gold 1 in Modern and Champion 3 in Wild. The Glint gain is practically the same, while the SPS gain is much higher in the first mode. The difficulty has been higher too, but it pays off in the end.

Another detail that makes a difference to me is the lower number of cards in Modern mode. As it is restricted to just the last two sets of cards, Rebellion and Chaos Legion, the strategic possibilities are also reduced.

So far, all my expectations have been met positively, so I'm continuing to play in Modern. I'm interested in advancing in the leagues, seeking at least Diamond, which is very close. I need to increase the number of cards I rent in order to expand my range of strategies and thus surprise my opponents in various ways, beating them and moving further and further towards the top.

I'm thinking of getting back into tournaments too, something I've put aside for a while. However, now I'm going to try to take part in a few in particular, looking for the Diamond League and maybe Gold, as they differ from the ranked tournaments, where in some of them there are restrictions on the maximum level of cards allowed.

This way, my SPS earnings will be maximized, combining ranked games, tournaments and also Brawls, where I participate with my guild, Hive BR. I'm currently playing in the Diamond frays, alternating between 12 and 13 on Tier 4.

O Splinterlands passou por muitas mudanças desde o seu lançamento, algo que é comum e necessário para se adaptar a realidade atual. Após a chegada dos bots, houve a necessidade de criar um lugar onde não pudesse ter a interferência deles, já que muitos gostam de jogar sem o uso de mecanismos auxiliares e se sentem prejudicados com isso. É muito comum inteligências artificiais superarem a humana em diversos aspectos, e nesse jogo, pode se dizer que não superaram ainda, mas ainda assim dão bastante trabalho.

A ranqueada, estilo mais comum de jogo do Splinterlands, foi dividida em 2 modos: Wild e Modern. Antes disso, existia apenas um, onde você poderia usar tudo o que quisesse. Atualmente, você pode fazer isso ao jogar no primeiro modo, enquanto o segundo está restrito a apenas os 2 últimos sets de cartas lançados no jogo, além de proibir o uso de ferramentas que auxiliam o jogador. Essa foi uma medida encontrada para tentar agradar os dois lados, e que aparentemente vem dando certo.

Eu sempre joguei no Modern desde o seu lançamento, mas resolvi migrar para o Wild e joguei por lá por algum tempo. Agora, decidi voltar onde eu estive no começo, e vou citar alguns benefícios que venho encontrado e que me motivam a continuar jogando nele.

O primeiro deles, que foi aplicado para atrair mais jogadores manuais, é a premiação por vitória ser aumentada em 50%. Isso quer dizer, que seus ganhos serão muito maiores, o que motiva o jogador a se manter no jogo, além de fazer os mais competitivos alugarem cartas melhores.

Atualmente, estou no Ouro 1 no Modern, e Champion 3 no Wild. O ganho de Glint é praticamente o mesmo, enquanto o de SPS é muito maior no primeiro modo. A dificuldade tem sido maior também, no entanto, acaba compensando.

Outro detalhe que para mim faz diferença, é a quantidade de cartas inferior no modo Modern. Como ele está restrito apenas aos dois últimos sets de cartas, Rebellion e Chaos Legion, as possibilidades estratégicas são reduzidas também.

Até o momento, todas as minhas expectativas vem se atendendo positivamente, fazendo com que eu continue a jogar no Modern. Tenho interesse em avançar nas ligas, buscando ao menos o Diamante, que está muito próximo. Preciso aumentar a quantidade de cartas que irei alugar, para expandir meu leque de estratégias e assim surpreender meus oponentes de várias maneiras, vencendo-os e avançando cada vez mais, rumo ao topo.

Estou pensando em voltar aos torneios também, algo que eu deixei de lado por conta do tempo. Porém, agora tentarei participar de alguns poucos em específico, buscando os de Liga diamante e talvez Ouro, já que eles se diferem das ranqueadas, onde em parte deles existem restrições de nível máximo de cartas permitidas.

Desse modo, meus ganhos em SPS serão maximizados, combinando ranqueadas, torneios e também os Brawls, onde participo junto de minha guilda, a Hive BR. Atualmente estou jogando nas frays Diamante, alternando entre a 12 e 13 do Tier 4.
