Before the new BRACKETS were introduced in Modern, all of us players knew exactly how many SPS rewards we’d earn, since with every battle we won, right after it ended, we knew exactly how much SPS and GLINT we’d get. But now that the BRACKETS are fully operational, the rewards work differently: You no longer immediately earn SPS for a won battle—though the amount of GLINT is displayed—but instead of the SPS amount, you see the “Rewards Points” you’ve earned, the so-called RSHARE that I always mention, which we obtain through the “Multiplier” that grants us SPS for being in Staking, or as many others call it, “Locked.”
Since we’re now only credited with the RSHARE we earn in battle, we can only know the number of points we’ve earned plus the “Bonuses” we’re accumulating—albeit as a percentage—but it’s impossible to know exactly how many SPS we’ll earn, because each BRACKET has a set amount of SPS, and the lower the BRACKET, the fewer SPS are allocated to it, which means that your rewards will literally depend on your victories.
However, I’ve created a tool that tells me exactly how many SPS we could earn both at the end of the season and throughout it. So if you want to know more, you’ll have to read to the end of this post.

Before I explain how the tool I created works, I’ll explain why this is important. Although it’s nothing out of the ordinary, it’s important to do so because for more experienced players—or those who already know the game well—it’s clear they don’t need it, but for that “newbie” type of player who knows nothing—and who, of course, would like the chance to better plan their investment in resources, meaning card rentals and/or SPS—it’s good to know. That said, this also applies to any type of player, especially if you already know how to play perfectly and can rack up lots of winning streaks every day.
I say this because it’s interesting for anyone to know; I didn’t see a way to view this directly in the game, we can only see the “Rewards Points,” which determine what percentage of our BRACKET’s Rewards Pool we’ll earn. Therefore, the wins we achieve are important—they’re what determine everything. So, if you want to be profitable, you have to win, and to do that, you need to know the game, the rules, your skills, and, of course, the cards.

Investment Planning: There are many players who “rent” on a seasonal basis, and knowing the potential amount of rewards that could be earned in a given BRACKET is essential for understanding the “return” we’ll get; therefore, this can be crucial for our finances.
Gathering Information: Information is power. With this tool, we can see which players are at the “top” of the leaderboards. While we can see this in-game, the tool shows you how many RSHARES each bracket percentage yields, along with other details, as well as the estimated SPS. Therefore, seeing what certain players do—with their decks, rentals, and other details—is helpful for trying to replicate their success.
IMPORTANT: This, of course, isn't the "Holy Grail"; just knowing the estimated number of SPS you might receive is already great, but that’s as far as it goes—though I could improve it and add a few other features. So, in the next section, I’ll show you how it works and everything it includes, but feel free to leave comments on what could be added to make it better. Maybe then I could officially launch it so many of you can use it, so let me know in the comments if you agree.

Well, the tool itself doesn’t have a name; for now, I’ve called it “Splinterlands Modern,” and it works quite simply. I won’t go into technical details about how it was built, because I’m not really a developer—I’m a “Videcoder,” which means I use “Artificial Intelligence” to create it—but the information is accurate and sourced from the official SPL API.
And to make it even simpler, all you have to do is enter the total amount of SPS to be distributed across the Modern BRACKETS—in this case, 900,000 SPS. The 200 is there to prevent API timeouts that might prevent you from retrieving the data, but I could work on fixing those issues. Other than that, just click “Update Data in Real Time.”

As you can see in the image above, the system calculates the total RSHARES earned across all BRACKETS. It also tells us when the season will end and the approximate time, as well as the number of players who have been eliminated—a detail that isn’t very important, but is still worth mentioning. So, what are the most interesting features?

Here we can see the amount of SPS distributed in each BRACKET, as well as the total number of RSHARES earned in each BRACKET, along with some charts that visually illustrate the distribution.

What we can see here is each division and the number of players—of course, this isn’t everyone; it’s an estimate. I don’t think these are all the players in each “Division,” but it’s an interesting statistic, since the total SPS is the sum of the individual SPS that each player would earn in their respective divisions, in addition to, of course, their RSHARES and the “Top Player” in each division.

Finally, there’s the “Real Players” simulation. You can enter a player’s name, their BRACKET, and their current RSHARE to find out the approximate amount of SPS they’ll receive at the end of the season. It’s very useful for figuring out how much SPS you’ll earn if you don’t make it into the “Top.”
I have several ideas for adding more features to this tool, but please leave your comments so I can see what else I can do.
