Battles using the earth elements

What’s up everyone? I started to play the Splinterlands game recently and I believe that I should keep playing if I want to understand the game. At the beginning I almost understood nothing about the game but playing it for 2 weeks giving me a little understanding of it.

I think I can organize my card well when I play with the death element but in other elements I guess I am not so good. But when the mana cap is high, I have the freedom to choose any element and do any kind of experiment. So, today my experimental element was the earth element. I played several battles today and I am sharing only 2 battles here that seems interesting to me.

My first battle was against the water element, and the mana was 92 which was pretty high. In the first position I placed the Dire Bear. I actually used it because I wanted to protect the Dread Tafarian in the second position as many times it ends up when all opponents direct attack, mele attack, magic attack all comes together at the beginning. Besides, Dire Bear can do 2 direct attact and I want to to give maximum damage to the opponent before it is gone.

In that case it didn’t get the chance to use its full power of life boost. In the third position Vengeful Monk was selected. I use Vengeful Monk for targeting the anime with least health and it increases the chances to win battles. 4th position was for Glimmermancer which could 2 magic attract and it’s quite good.

In the last 2 positions I used the Time Bandit for having 7 life and having the ability to magic attack and in the last position I used Kicking Roc because it can give 3 attacks from far even if it doesn’t have the ability to do a direct attack.

Let me show you what opponents used against me in the battle. I think I would organize the water element if I were in his/her place. Whatever I won the battle, and you can watch my battle also here.

In the second battle, I battled against Zeddica Archon which was kind of combo of death and water element. I don’t have such a thing. Besides, because of equalizer the health of all units health became the same.

My positioning of cards was very similar to the first battle, as the mana cap was 88. I just removed the Glimmermancer and added Husk of the Hunter in the last position. It has 3 attack powers, and it can target the enemy unit in the last position, which gave me an advantage.

The battle was quite interesting to me. I didn’t even know some of the opponent's cards, but in the end, I won the battle. If you want to watch the battle, you can visit here.

I think I am still a noob, and I have a long way to go. The more I try to understand, I feel I have many more things to learn. Someday I will share some other battles. You are welcome to give me suggestions related to battle. In fact, I will appreciate it.
