Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report: 4th Place!
Greetings to all Splinterlands players and hive gaming community! This is my report for Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. We are a guild that plays for fun, competitions and rewards. We play in the weekly guild brawls where we fight with other guilds for the fun challenge and rewards. This is our battle report for the week.
Overall Guild Rank: Fourth Place
We are in fourth place ranking this week. There were only four wins that separated us from third place guild Alliance PH while we had the same four win lead compared to the fifth place guild, New Bot Order 2. The sixth place guild is far behind with 69 wins. This indicates that the first five places are leagues apart from the rest of the group. It makes me proud to be part of the Pizza guild.
Top Brawl Participants
I'm proud to contribute in our weekly brawls. I won seven games and lost two for a 7 - 2 win loss record. There are three more players who had the same performance as I did. It goes to show how competitive our players are.
Selected Games
Here I present two of the games that I won.
Game 1
The game had the Thorns modifier so it was taboo to use melee units. I used range and magic units. My gladiator card was only two mana Alfredo and I had A'lan Musketeer and Mystic Scaleweaver. The two are the best legendary cards in the Foundation set.
My opponent had the same plan but he had a higher mana gladiator and was missing Musketeer in his team. It spelled the difference and got me the win in this game.

Game 2
In the second game my legendary gladiator card stamped his class against the opponent from the first place guild, Unwanted. It's important to acquire the gladiator cards and they can only be earned by playing in brawls. I only had four cards against my opponent's five but my gladiator card was so strong it game me a big advantage in the game.

Spending the Rewards
I have enough merits to buy two packs. I got two epic cards, what about that? In addition, two Orella Abadon cards, this is a lucky opening.
Orella gets upgraded to level two and increased health to three. It would be great to level him up to three and increase his attack but it will take more cards to do so.
Conclusion
We earned 4,444 merits and 31 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.

If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts. Since joining a guild, I'm adding my cards by buying from the shop and the market. This makes the game more fun and add progression. If you're not a guild member yet, now is the time to find one.
As a guild member do your part by having the right cards and showing up in the fray you have joined in brawls.
