Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report: 3rd for the 3rd Time

Greetings to all Splinterlands players and members of the Hive gaming community! Welcome to another battle report from the Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. Our guild is all about enjoying the game, having some friendly competition and earning rewards along the way.

We take part in the weekly Guild Brawls against other guilds and players. These weekly battles are a great opportunity to test our strategies, experiment with our lineups and see how well we can perform under competitive conditions. Aside from the rewards, brawls are also about contributing to the guild and helping the team achieve better results each week.

Here is our battle report for this week's brawl, including our performance, battles and the rewards we earned.

Overall Guild Rank: Third Place

At least we're consistent. This is the third week that we're in third place. We won 92 games and lost 52. Drop Bears guild took first place this week followed by Alpha guild who only had a two win lead over us.

Top Brawl Participants

My record is also same as last week with six wins and two losses. That put me in sixth to eleventh place in our guild's top brawl participants.

Selected Games

Here I present one of the games that I won.

The game was pretty straight forward with no modifiers to influence the team. My opponent and I had the same water element and the same gladiator card. The difference was he had Saltwater Mage and Colossus Raider on his team while I had Lunaki Howler and Water Logged Wizard. My line up with more magic units prevailed in this game.

Spending the Rewards

I had 5k+ merits to spend on two gladius packs.

Not one of my best chest openings. There are no epics and legendaries, just the bare minimum common and rare cards.

Conclusion

We earned 4,222 merits and 35 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.

If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts.
