Greetings to all Splinterlands players and the Hive gaming community! Welcome to my battle report for the Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. We are a guild that enjoys playing for fun, competition and the rewards that come with every battle. Every week, we take part in the Guild Brawls, where we face off against other guilds. These brawls give us a great opportunity to test our strategies, compete with fellow players, contribute to our guild and earn rewards along the way.
Here is our battle report for this week's brawl, including our performance, battles and the rewards we earned.

Overall Guild Rank: Fifth Place

We have the same standings as last week, fifth place. The rankings were not close at all as fourth place guild, Sator Arepo, had a commanding lead over us, boasting of seventy eight wins against our fifty seven. In comparison, we have a big lead over sixth place guild Overpowered who only won twenty four games.

Top Brawl Participants

I'm proud to report that I share top marks in our guild with a perfect score of eight. There were two players who also have a perfect scores. It goes to show how competitive our guild is.

Selected Games
Here I present one of the games that I won.

The battle was for only melee units. My opponent and I both chose the Fire element because it has many strong melee cards. We also had similar gladiators. Our line ups are almost the same. One big difference was I used New Beluroc Aegis. It's role is to taunt opponent units to attack it. It saves its team mates from attacks though it doesn't attack from its position. My opponent chose units that attack each round but my plan of distracting the opponent worked and my team won the game.

Spending the Rewards
I have enough merits to buy one pack. I only got two rare cards and three commons. I guess better luck next week.

Conclusion
We earned 2,278 merits and 22 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.
