Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report: 3rd Place Again
Greetings to all Splinterlands players and members of the Hive gaming community! Welcome to another battle report from the Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. Our guild is all about enjoying the game, having some friendly competition and earning rewards along the way.
We take part in the weekly Guild Brawls against other guilds and players. These weekly battles are a great opportunity to test our strategies, experiment with our lineups and see how well we can perform under competitive conditions. Aside from the rewards, brawls are also about contributing to the guild and helping the team achieve better results each week.
Here is our battle report for this week's brawl, including our performance, battles and the rewards we earned.
Overall Guild Rank: Third Place
We are still in third place this week, winning 91 and losing 53 games. Team Unwanted guild took first place this week followed by The Forgotten Legion.
Top Brawl Participants
My record is also same as last week with six wins and two losses. It puts me in sixth to ninth place in our guild's top brawl participants.
Selected Games
Here I present one of the games that I won.
Nice to finally win against Namgib of Gank's Squadron guild. I always lose to him and this is the first time that I won. We both had the same blue element. The difference was in our second card. I had a gladiator card against his Buns the Unseen. My card was surely stronger. His third card was gladiator Isgald Vorst whereas mine was Great Bear Druid. He had epic Saltwater Mage for his fourth card while I had Water Logged Wizard. All other cards we had were the same.
My team had the stronger attack and concentrated on the front. While my opponent had a card attacking with sneak and opportunity skill. Attacking in a single point was better than dividing attacks between different cards and was the key to my victory.

Spending the Rewards
I had 5k+ merits to spend on two gladius packs.
I got another Quora which is enough to upgrade to level 3. I can also level up two more cards, Alfredo and Edith Emberstar.
This is one of my lucky chest openings but I wish to get more legendary cards in my next chest openings.
Conclusion
We earned 4,111 merits and 36 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.
