Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report: First Place!
Greetings to all Splinterlands players and members of the Hive gaming community! Welcome to another battle report from the Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. Our guild is all about enjoying the game, having some friendly competition and earning rewards along the way.
We take part in the weekly Guild Brawls against other guilds and players. These weekly battles are a great opportunity to test our strategies, experiment with our lineups and see how well we can perform under competitive conditions. Aside from the rewards, brawls are also about contributing to the guild and helping the team achieve better results each week.
Here is our battle report for this week's brawl, including our performance, battles and the rewards we earned.
Overall Guild Rank: First Place!
After three consecutive third place finishes we finally made it back to first. We won with an overwhelming lead over second place finisher Alliance Ph. We had 113 wins and 31 losses compared to second placer's 86 wins and 58 losses.
Top Brawl Participants
I'm proud to have a perfect score and counts as my guild's top contributors in this week's brawl. I had an 8 - 0 score and didn't suffer any losses.
Selected Games
Here I present one of the games that I won.
Jolius Blast at tank and Chimney Wallstop at second. The duo combines for a huge ten melee attack on the front. Combined with my archers in the back, not even Quora with her healing and dual attack were able to withstand this line up.

Spending the Rewards
I had 6k+ merits to spend on three gladius packs.
The packs are so parsimonious. There are no epics and legendaries, just the bare minimum common and rare cards.
Conclusion
We earned 5,000 merits and 45 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.
Join a Guild
If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts. Since joining a guild, I'm adding my cards by buying from the shop and the market. This makes the game more fun and add progression. If you're not a guild member yet, now is the time to find one.
As a guild member do your part by having the right cards and showing up in the fray you have joined in brawls.
