Greetings to all Splinterlands players and hive gaming community! This is my report for Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. We are a guild that plays for fun, competitions and rewards. We play in the weekly guild brawls where we fight with other guilds for the fun challenge and rewards. This is our battle report for the week.

Overall Guild Rank: Fifth Place

We dropped from our lofty perch in second place last week to just fifth place this week. But still, it was a close fight with third place guild Metacult having ninety five wins compared to our score of ninety wins. We could have gotten second place with a couple more wins because our losses were fewer than third and fourth place guilds. It makes me proud to be part of the Pizza guild.

Top Brawl Participants

Among the top brawl participants, I shared sixth to ninth place in our guild with a record of seven wins against two losses. There were two players who have a perfect score and many more with only one loss. It goes to show how competitive our guild is.

Selected Games
Here I present one of the games that I won.

My opponent and I had the same Fire element team. But, I had the advantage of having two legendary cards in my line up against my opponent who had none. In the Frontier where the cards are similar, it gives a big advantage to the player who has the stronger cards that's why I'm happy that I invested time to acquire and strengthen my Foundation cards from playing and from buying from the market. This was my commitment to my guild. That I will have competitive cards in the fray that I'm assigned so that I can contribute in our brawls.

Spending the Rewards
I have enough merits to buy two packs. I only got a the bare minimum per pack which is one rare and four commons. I guess better luck next week.

As a consolation, Captain Katie gets upgraded to level three. It's not much but it's a step closer to level four.

Conclusion
We earned 4,167 merits and 27 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.

Join a Guild
If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts. Since joining a guild, I'm adding my cards by buying from the shop and the market. This makes the game more fun and add progression. If you're not a guild member yet, now is the time to find one.
As a guild member do your part by having the right cards and showing up in the fray you have joined in brawls.
