My First Game with Gorm the Vengeful in my Line up
Greetings to all Splinterlands players and the Hive gaming community! Today I would like to share my first game with Gorm the Vengeful. I got Gorm the Vengeful from the Frontier jackpot. It's one of main motivations to play in the Frontier is the chance to get these very rare cards.
For the Death element, a melee card with Opportunity skill is added. It's an added weapon when the situation calls for melee cards that can attack from the back. Gorm the Vengeful's best partner is a card with similar skills, the Vengeful Monk. They both have "vengeful" in their names.
Now to show the game where Gorm the Vengeful played a part to help me win.
My lineup was composed of Nim Guard Captain, New Beluroc Aegis and then both Vengeful Monk and Gorm the Vengeful. Finally, Black Widow completed the lineup. My opponent also had Death and has a black foil archon. His tank has no attack but has thorns skill. He had also Vengeful Monk and his extra card also came from the jackpot was Necrulencial Thief. It has Sneak skill as against Opportunity by Gorm the Vengeful so it does not team up that well with Vengeful Monk.
My two vengeful cards attacked the same targets together. Their combination was able to defeat opponent's cards faster and gave me the win.
