October's Second Season: Season Recap.(En/Es)

I started this second season in October in Division 7 Silver of Bracket III. It was a good position to begin the battles after having reached Division 5 Gold in the first season of the month; with that foundation in mind, I hoped to reach that same position this time around and, if possible, earn even better rewards. Hahaha.

I worked my way through the divisions at a good pace; I didn’t expect to keep climbing all the way to Division 3 Diamond. That last one was an unexpected achievement, even though I’ll admit it took me a lot of effort to get past Division 4. The following images show the rewards I got from the chests upon reaching each new division—the first two were a bit disappointing, but the last ones really boosted my morale.

Hahaha, I hardly ever get lucky with those chests, and I only remember one time—a few months ago—when I was surprised by a chest containing a legendary or epic card, but that was a very strange day.

On another note, I’ll tell you that I really struggled in the final hours of the season; I wanted to recover a bit to earn more SPS and secure a good spot in the standings. In the end, I finished the season in 92nd place—an excellent result considering how far I got and how little time I was able to dedicate to it on some days. As for the SPS, I didn’t earn as much as I’d hoped, but now I’m learning what I need to do to increase that number in future seasons.

The biggest win I had in this final round was Glint, who I'll be using to hunt down those elusive legendary reward cards I'm missing to complete my core collection. That Azhar and Chuma just won't show up, hahaha.

Well, I’m starting off motivated in this first season of November. I’ve been doing well in the new Modern format, and I plan to keep up the pace to get more battles and, with that, improve my rewards. In Survival, it’s going to be tough to recoup my tournament entry fee, but I can still aim for a good Glint reward. Frontier is where I need to focus on winning more packs; I still have some Foundations cards that need more copies to build a top-tier deck.

Hola, mis queridos compañeros de batalla en #splinterlands.

Un resumen de mi temporada de batallas en el formato Modern y las recompensas que recibí en cada división. Solo será de este formato, ya que dejé los otros olvidados en toda la temporada y no tienen nada interesante para compartir.

Mi reinicio en esta segunda temporada de octubre fue en la Division 7 Plata del bracket III. Una buena posición para comenzar las batallas tras haber alcanzado la Division 5 Oro en la primera temporada del mes; teniendo esa base en mente, esperaba llegar hasta esa misma posición en esta oportunidad y, si daba la oportunidad, con mejores recompensas. Jajaja.

Superé las Divisiones con un buen ritmo; no esperaba el llegar a superar y llegar hasta la Division 3 Diamante. Esta última fue un logro inesperado y eso que acepto que me costó mucho superar la cuarta. En las siguientes imágenes se muestran las recompensas que obtuve en los cofres al llegar a cada nueva Division, las dos primeras me desilusionaron un poco y las últimas fueron levantándome la moral.

Jajaja, casi no tengo suerte con esos cofres y solo recuerdo una vez, hace unos meses, que me sorprendió un cofre con una carta legendaria o épica, pero un día muy extraño.

Por otro lado, les cuento que batallé mucho en las últimas horas de la temporada; quería recuperarme un poco para ganar más SPS y alcanzar un buen lugar en la tabla de clasificación. Al final, concluí la temporada en el lugar 92, un excelente resultado al ver hasta dónde llegué y con la poca dedicación que tuve en algunos días. En cuanto al SPS, no gané lo que esperaba, pero ahora voy aprendiendo qué necesito para ir aumentando ese número en las siguientes.

Lo que más gané en este final fue Glint, el cual será destinado a buscar esas esquivas cartas rewards legendarias que me faltan para completar la base de estas cartas. Ese Azhar y Chuma no quieren aparecer, jajaja.

Bien, en esta primera temporada del mes de noviembre arranco motivado, me ha ido bien en el nuevo sistema de Modern y pienso conservar el ritmo para tener más batallas y con esto mejorar las recompensas. Survival, está difícil recuperar mi entrada al torneo, pero puedo aspirar a una buena recompensa de Glint. Frontier es en el que debo buscar ganar más packs; aún tengo algunas cartas Foundations que necesitan más copias para tener un mazo a máximo nivel.

Hay que disfrutar de los siguientes días mientras se avanza en cada reto del juego.

Nota: Aún sigo esperando alguna sorpresa para las Brawls.
