Splinterlands Pit Challenges

Hello Splinterlands players, I hope you have a nice day! I saw more campaign missions in the Frontier. Like the campaign missions before, these challenges are to teach the beginner the basic strategy in doing battles in Splinterlands. To show how it works, I will take on the mission two.

The battle modifier was Briar Patch: All units have Thorns (returns 2 damage to attacker when hit by a melee attack).

There is a tip that serves as a clue which units players should not use. From this tutorial, new players will learn not to use melee units in Briar Patch modifiers.

I used magic cards in the battle and avoided using melee as much as possible.

That completed the mission and I won 200 sparks.

The next battle is challenging. The modifiers reduce magic and physical attacks. The goal is to outdamage the opposing team.

We have to find the most powerful units and use them in battle. I chose magic again because they receive +1 attack from the archon.

I won it again and received another 200 sparks prize.

The next challenge's tip wants the player to use faster units.

The only archon that provides a team wide speed buff is Fire. So this is the team to use in this challenge.

That's another mission accomplished. I'll complete the rest of the missions on my own and collect all the Sparks rewards.

I also done my daily missions in the Frontier and got my reward cards. The rewards for today had an archon and an epic card. Those are the cards that I wanted.
