Fighting the Level 2 Boss Monster

Hello Splinterlands players, I hope you have a nice day! I drew the top prize in the wheel spin today and got the pit challenge. I already won against the level one boss so I fought the level two boss this time. His name is The Big Leronski.

The Big Leronski has a high health with sixty eight and also has Void ability. He is already fast with five speed and increase his speed more with Swiftness ability. With this much speed, he can avoid physical attacks which was why I still chose a magic team even though he had Void ability.

I made a small mistake by choosing New Beluroc Aegis for a tank. I thought he is better because he has more armor. Port Guardian was better because he had more attack. The higher armor makes no difference because it gets broken in one attack anyway with Big Leronski's five attack. My attackers were all magic except for the last one which was ranged. The legendary A'lan Musketeer has Double Strike making a big damage each turn. I just hoped his attacks will hit and not get evaded. Another key point in this battle was Big Leronski's attack (5 melee) was not that much. My units will have to be attacked twice before they get defeated. They can decrease Big Leronski's health fast before they get killed. This was what happened and my team won the battle.

When I get the pit challenge from the wheel again, I will attempt to win against the level three boss monster.
