Today, Sunday, it’s time to analyze cards, see how they work, and why it’s worth adding them to our deck. Once again, I want to clarify that the cards I’ve shared over the past few weeks aren’t in any particular order; I basically choose them at random, thinking about how useful they might be on the battlefield. However, this doesn’t mean the cards I’ve chosen are bad or shouldn’t be considered—on the contrary, you could use them to build a balanced deck for the short, medium, and long term.
In today’s post, we’ll analyze and take a detailed look at the card called “KROWL BRIGHTBANE,” which isn’t just any unit—it’s one of those cards that can only be purchased with VOUCHERS in the game’s “Exclusive Store.” As such, they’re truly useful and powerful on the battlefield, and I hadn’t really seen them or paid much attention to them before—specifically regarding that store— because it seems the team is quite active in that store, always offering incredible special cards to VOUCHER holders.
So, in this post, we'll take a look at this card. As always, I'll explain it in a dynamic and straightforward way—nothing too complicated—so that even the newest players can understand how it works.

As I’ve always recommended, if you want to analyze a card and assess its usefulness, the first step is to look at its BASIC stats, which can determine what type of card it is—that is, whether it’s an “Offensive” card or, on the contrary, a “Defensive” one. Of course, we’ll later tie this in with the card’s abilities, but initially, this is what you should do to see if it’s useful to you in any way. That said, I’ll tell you right off the bat that every card is useful in the game—none are disposable—since some are for more general purposes and others for specific situations.
But that's all there is to it, so now that we've cleared that up, let's explain and/or detail the stats for this card:

Rarity and Splinter: This is a common card, which I find quite strange because, to be honest, the card is incredible. On the other hand, it’s a dual-element card, combining “Death and Dragon,” so it’s very versatile and can be paired with practically any splinter—and, of course, with its own bloodline called “Canisan.”
Mana Cost: Something else that surprises me about this card is that its mana cost is low for everything it offers; in fact, it costs 8 points, making it very easy to deploy in almost any type of battle.
Attack and Speed: This card is extremely “offensive,” as it has two types of attack—Range and Magic—both at their maximum level with 2 points each, for a total damage of 4. On the other hand, its speed is insane—it has +5 speed points. It’s a very fast card, just the way I like them, so it’s undoubtedly ideal for attacking.
Health and Shield: It has a total of 8 health points and no shield—and thank goodness for that, because otherwise this card would be way too overpowered. To be honest, it’s already pretty overpowered as it is. However, its 8 health points are more than enough to withstand attacks, not to mention that the idea is to position it strategically to protect it while it does its job.

Well, we’ve reached the main event when it comes to cards, and this really clarifies how and when we’ll use this card to attack on the battlefield. Because, as I said, the stats show us what kind of card it is; however, the abilities tell us how, when, and where we could play this card, since it all depends on the effect it has, so let’s take a look at it—it’s actually a very powerful card, and I’d take advantage of this opportunity right now to buy it and level it up to the maximum.

Scattershot: This ability is quite good for surprising our opponent in unexpected ways, since its effect is to unleash a completely random attack on each of their turns—we don’t even know ourselves what the next target will be. This only applies to ranged attacks, such as the “Range” and “Magic” attacks it already possesses, so our card will unpredictably attack any of the opponent’s cards.
Dispel: This is a “Defensive” ability, as it does exactly what its name implies: it “dispels” the magical buffs that cards can acquire during the course of battle. A good example is the “Bloodlust” ability, which increases a card’s stats with every kill it deals; this ability removes that buff, making it quite useful for reducing your opponent’s offensive power.
Ambush: In my opinion, this is the most incredible ability it possesses, and in a way, it complements “Scattershot” quite well, since it deals random attacks. This means that, before the battle officially begins, thanks to “Ambush,” this card can attack one of the opponent’s cards—and it will be a random one. As a result, the opponent will start at a considerable disadvantage right from the start, as it deals 4 points of damage.

This time, I’m going to give you an assignment to make things a little more interactive: in the comments, tell me which modifiers this card could work best with. I always include this, but I’d like to see and gauge whether you actually enjoy this type of post, since my goal is to educate newer players. And this is a great opportunity to take advantage of that, so I look forward to your comments—and of course, I hope you liked the card too, which is really, really good and definitely part of the META.
