Fog of War Domination – Won Without Losing a Single Card!

Hello Splinterlands players, how are you? I hope your season is going well. The season has just started, it has been almost a few days and my season is going well at the moment. I am not able to give that much time but still this time I decided to play in Frontier and Modern mode, which is going well till now. I was not playing in Modern for a long time and I am feeling a little more happy too. There are some really great battles out there that I enjoy sharing other people's problems with. Today, through this post, I'm going to share one such great battle with all of you. I hope you'll like it. And I also hope you'll enjoy battling.

As you can see, the mana cap was 68. And during the battle, you could use all types of elements. I was sucking water this time. Look, I don't have that many high-level summoners in Modern; I only have level 1 summoners. And because of that, I don't have that many high-level cards here. But still, I'm enjoying the battle, learning, and trying new things. You can see below which ruleset was used in the battle.

You can see above which cards I and my opponent used and what their level was.

If you observe carefully, the opponent had some cards which were of level 2, the rest of the cards of the opponent were also of level 1 and I had almost all the cards of level 1. You see, near the open net, I had very powerful cuts but I also had some such cuts due to which the speed of the opponent got reduced due to which I got a lot of benefit. Speed ​​matters a lot in any battle if you observe carefully. If the cards are faster than yours then the result of the battle changes a lot, however, in some specific rule sets, speed does not matter that much.

If you will see, whatever health the opponent had, whatever they could cut, it was more of only a few cards. Most of the cards were of very less help. My Jo card had the least health of 5 and some of the opponent's cards also had health of 1. You see, health matters a lot in battles and if you have magic cards then the matter becomes different. If you will see, I had about 4 magic cards and the opponent had about 3 magic cards. The attacking power of my cards was about 2-3 and theirs was about 1 which makes a huge difference in the battle.

Now look, the health of the cards that your internet had sucked in the first place was quite good and there were some tank heels too but they did not prove to be half the work because the first card did not withstand as much attack as they had thought. Because of which their entire light lineup was ruined. And I got the full benefit of it. Though I could have cut some such cards which had very good capabilities but still they were not that much better in front of my cards.

The good part is, I won the entire battle without losing a single card and that's a very good thing for me because the modern format is a bit specific because here you get to see real players and some players are quite dangerous as well. Maybe in the lower leagues I don't get that much competition right now. I will try to go up and do more great battles and keep sharing them with you.
