Explosive Battles & Smart Strategy: My Splinterlands Journey

Hello Splinterlands players how are you I hope you all are doing well and every season is going well for you there are just a few days left for the season to end and I hope you will achieve maximum ranking and get maximum rewards. Right now there are about 3 days and 22 hours left for the season to be added. Some much better metal has been added in modern and some ranking has also been done now which is making me very happy. See as your ranking goes up the rewards also get better which makes you feel very good. Currently, my ranking is 680 in Frontier and 780 in Modern. I've had the opportunity to play Modern for quite some time, and my ranking has improved a bit. I may be able to improve my ranking a little further by the end of the season. Today, I'm sharing a really great battle with this post. I hope you'll like it. Thanks.

As you can see, the mana cap was 58, and I could only use the Water and Dragon elements. You can see which elements I sucked up. 58 is a significant mana gap, so you get the chance to use some pretty good cards. You can also see the ruleset used during the battle below. Explosive Weaponry :

All units have Blast (deals an additional 50% damage to units adjacent to the target, rounded up).

Additional damage is equivalent to main damage divided by 2, rounded up.

Include a unit with Deflect in your lineup to absorb blast damage and protect your back line.

If you notice, my opponent's summoner level was level 3, and my summoner level was level 1. You can also see that almost all of my opponent's cards were level 2 and 3, and all of my cards were level 1. This also has a huge impact in battle if your opponents have high level cards. If you have looked carefully at your rule set, you will know that in this type of rule set, whenever a card attacks, the adjustment of the card also affects the attack.

So during such battles, you should first use cards with a little more health. If your cards have low health, you might suffer damage from them. And try to use cards with sneak and opportunity abilities. This way you get a chance to attack in different places. Generally, I use cards with both these abilities in every battle, and sometimes I don't get such an opportunity, but whenever I get a chance, I definitely use them. The opponent had also used some good cards but I also had some cards which I have been using and which have a huge impact in the battle.

See, speed plays a very major role in any battle. If you use high speed cards during the pattern, then your victory is somewhat certain. However, sometimes having high speed is not that beneficial, depending on the type of rulesets you are playing. But when normal speed does not have any effect, then you should use cards which have good speed.

See, what happens is that the opponent does not get a chance to attack quickly and you have a very good chance. As you can see, I am using mostly magic cards due to which I got a lot of benefit. I would not say that this battle was completely one-sided but the opponent's cards are also very strong due to which the battle went on for a long time. If you will see, some of the net cards were very powerful but my cards were also very powerful due to which the battle was a lot of fun.

See, the outcome of any battle depends on whether the cards you are using are correct according to the rule set or not. No matter how strong your cards are, if they do not perform well during the battle then they are useless compared to your brother cards no matter how high level they are. I had so much fun after a long time because I won many battles continuously which was a very surprising thing for me also.
