A Clever Fire Strategy in a Tough 48 Mana Battle! š„āļø
Hello Splinterlands players, how are you? I hope your season is going well here. There are about 3 days and 22 hours left for the season to end. My season is going well so far. It's not that good but I did a few battles today. I thought I would reach Gold 3 today but right now I'm stuck at Silver 3 it seems. But I'll try to reach Gold 3 and let's see what happens. As you can see, my Mana Cap was 48, and I could use the Fire, Life, Death, or Dragon elements. This time, I chose Fire Demand because I had some good cards there, which I felt would work well according to the rules. And my decision was correct, in a way, because my opponent had a different strategy, which turned out to be beneficial for me. Look, I would not say at all that if you try this study then you will win, look, if your opponent comes to you with some different strategy then maybe you may lose.

- Fog of War -
- Units lose Sneak, Snipe, and Opportunity.
- Scattershot still works in this modifier.
- Lost Magic -
- You cannot summon units with magic attacks.
- Use Thorns and Demoralize to counter melee attacks.
- Use Headwinds and Return Fire to counter ranged attacks.
- Units with 2 types of attack (which include magic) cannot be used.

Above you can see which cards I and I used and what were their levels.
As you can see both of us have Summoner level 4, but the level of the opponent's cards is quite good, some of the cards opened are of level 5 and some are of level 4. And my level was from level 1 to level 4. Level does not have much impact, it all depends on your strategy. If you will see which cards I am using in the first position and I have done that because there is a reason behind it. This is the first card and it has an amazing ability called flank (At the beginning of the battle, if this unit is in the first position, the unit in the second position gains Reach.) Because of this, whichever card is in the second position gains the Reach ability. This proves to be very beneficial if your second card is very powerful.
You can see which card I used in the second position, what is its status, its editing power is 3 and its health is 12 and its speed is 3. Which is very powerful and because of Summoner it will get plus van speed due to which its speed will become 4. And after that the cards that I used are mostly range monsters because no type of magic cards could be used due to which neither I nor my opponent used any magic cards.
Actually I used to use magic cards mostly but see whenever you do a battle then whatever cards you pick, you have to select them in such a way that they help you in practicing some action in the battle. If you will see then the opponent who was sucking his second card, it was not worth it at all. Because it was not happening to him, till the time it would come in the first position, it was worthless. If you look at my cards, all my cards were in play. If my first and second cards were defeated, then perhaps my cards would not have proved as effective as they were, but I had placed my bet in such a way that it would take a lot of time for the opponent to reach the last turn.
By the way, due to the fog of war, no one could use sneak, snipe or opportunity ability cards. Which makes the battle even more interesting. Currently the website was under maintenance due to which I could not share the screenshots yet. If the website comes back from maintenance then later I will share any screenshots of the same with you all and you can see how interesting the battle was.
