Road to 200K SPS : Added 3k SPS to Stake

I have been trying to accumulate more SPS tokens this time as the price is slightly up but still now if we have long-term foal. Splintershards aka SPS is the governance coin of the splinterlands game and brings many in-game benefits. I have been trying to accumulate SPS tokens for a long time. I thought of having 100K tokens but later realised that this is not a good balance and that I should increase my balance even more. Now I am close to making it 200K; hopefully, this should be done in the next few weeks. I am aggressively trying to buy as much as possible and power up to make it happen.

A couple of days back I did buy 1000 tokens and today I bought 3000 tokens. These tokens are available in the hive engine marketplace and now I am going to transfer these tokens to the game account and stake because that is what I do after the purchase. You can see that these 3k tokens are showing as a balance in the hive engine. This buying is apart from my regular earnings in the game and whatever I have earned in a couple of days is visible as in-game liquid tokens.

I have initiated the transfer and it takes less than a minute to get this done.

Now this transfer is done to my game account hence I am going to power up all the liquid tokens and this will result in a boost multiplier increase. It's always good to have a higher boost multiplier because it affects the game reward and I believe every player in the game wants to have as high a as multiplier possible to get better rewards.

I have powered up all the liquid tokens now and after this, the balance I have is 193K SPS tokens which is SPS power in my account. I am happy that I can increase my SPS balance quite frequently these days because the price is low which is why I am buying more tokens. As of now, I'm just 7000 tokens away from my 200K goal and hopefully, this should be achieved in the next couple of weeks.

SPS is the highly undervalued token in the game but its utility is still fantastic where the game rewards are directly linked with how much SPS is available in the account in staked form. It's like the more SPS you have will make you eligible to have higher in-game rewards and also allow you to play in high-level leagues. Currently, I play often in the Champion League but it is Champion 3 and I am not able to avail the maximum reward boost because my holding is not enough. I know that even if I want to be there then I will have to accumulate a big chunk of tokens which is going to be much higher than what I hold as of now.

I follow a long-term strategy with spears and this is why I continue to buy and power up as much as possible. I know that this price has gone slightly up in the last couple of weeks but it's fine because even I believe that the current price is not bad. Earlier when the price was lower than this that time I was running short of funds but now I can manage some and whatever is available I use that funds to buy sps. Again it's not part of my profit-booking journey because I'm not going to sell these tokens soon instead all these tokens will be available as stakes in the game account so that I can avail higher multiplier and get a better reward. I don't know how the price is going to perform in the market but I'm pretty confident that it will improve significantly when the market turns out to be bullish. What are your thoughts about it and do you think that buying SPS at this price is a good deal?
