Progress in the Current Season | Unlocked Diamond League

The current season in Splinterlands is about to end and to be precise its approx 8 hours from now. Every season is like an opportunity for us when we can try our best to increase the rating season chest and league that can make a good season and reward. Every player expects a fantastic reward every season however it is random hence sometimes we get a valuable reward and sometimes it is slightly less valuable. It's a game hence we cannot expect the best all the time however I think rewards are good and sometimes it fluctuates more which is fine because everyone wants to have some gold file or the legendary card as a reward which is practically not possible in any gaming project.

It's always an exciting part of the game when the season is about to end and we know that we'll be getting season chest cards to open and see what rewards are inside. This season I have made it 50 season chest in the Diamond Two league and although I am trying for Diamond One but looks like that is not going to happen because the time left is not much. Generally, there is more competition at the beginning of the season and the end of the season also because people try to play more this time so that they can increase their overall ranking in the game which of course leads to better gaming rewards. At the beginning of the season, there is more competition because everyone tries to unlock the higher league so that the remaining days can be utilised on the higher league which will get better rewards on daily focus. It's like the earlier days are more competitive because of the focus reward for many days and following the same pattern the season-end reward creates competition for higher league among players.

Current Season Progress

Here is the snapshot of my current gaming progress where you can see that the season will be ending in slightly more than eight hours and I have managed to make it fifty season chests. Currently, my rating is 3126 in the Diamond Two leagues with a boost of 11.18 x. 12X is the maximum boost we can avail on different leagues and I try to stain diamond two because my current SPS holding is good enough for this level and if I go beyond then the boost will reduce because my holding is comparatively less. I am trying to make it 160K so that I can avail 12X multiplier on the reward in the Diamond One league. Maybe in future, I can think about champion but for now, my current holding is not good enough for me to be there and if I want to then I will have to increase my sps holding further.

I generally keep my energy in the range of 30 which is a midpoint. I do not buy energy generally unless it is needed so it's like I can play about 20 to 25 bottles in a day depending upon my schedule and it is good enough for me. I will still be playing some of the battles till the season ends to see if I can increase my rating further.

SPS Balance in Game account

As I talked about SPS token holding then here I'm also sharing these snapshots of my current holding. I have 147K SPS as of now and since I am chasing the spot of 160K sps hence I am just 13K sps away. I am trying to keep and close eye on the market price for SPS tokens and once it is good then I am going to buy a bunch of tokens and power it up in the game account. While investing in SPC for the long term because I am trying to build a holding from the gaming point of view so that I can earn good rewards every season and even on the daily focus with the higher multiplier.

The price for SPS is going down slowly which I think is an opportunity but I just want it to come down further so that I can get more tokens for the same price. Looking at the current market sentiments it is highly expected to happen and once it goes below $0.02 then I will be buying it in parts.

This is all about my progress in the current season and what I am planning to do when the price for SPS goes down. I believe that a strategy is certainly needed in the game to play it well and I will try to implement the same unless it is not achieved once it is done then of course it will be time for me to focus on something else in the game however still I am in the build mode within this game because I believe things are going to be much more valuable in the next market cycle. Again I can't say about the next market cycle start because I can't predict it however whenever it happens it will bring a lot of value to the game I believe.
