For me, Splinterlands is not just a card game, but a beautiful journey of daily joy, learning strategies, and gradually strengthening my account. Along with daily battles and daily quests, Guild activities have made this game even more interesting. Today, I earned some Merit Tokens through that guild play and after opening the pack using those tokens, I get several important cards. These cards can be used very well in various battles at present and I am hopeful that they will be useful in the future.

In today's blog, I will try to explain my experience, the importance of the cards obtained, their usability in battles, and why these cards are valuable to me—all in simple terms.

⚔️ Experience of playing guilds and earning Merit Tokens
Since Guild System was added Splinterlands my interest in playing has increased. By joining a guild it is clear that not only playing alone but also teamwork plays a big role here. Guild building upgrades, Guild Bowls, and most importantly, Guild Brawl—it's a different challenge altogether.
By participating in Guild Brawl, I earn some Merit Tokens. These Merit Tokens can usually be used in the Guild Store and can be used to open Gladius Packs. Although these packs cannot be sold directly on the market, the cards inside them play a unique role in Guild Battle.

When I accumulated Merit Tokens and opened the packs, there was really a lot of excitement inside. Because every time I open a pack, it means a new surprise.
🎁 Introduction to the cards received after opening the pack
After opening the pack, I get a total of five important cards. Each card has different characteristics and can be used in different situations in battle.
The cards I got are:
Isgald Vorst
Gorth (Epic)
Relenor Cleaver (Rare)
Quora Towershead (Epic)
Witch of Warwick
Now I will share my experience and usability with each card one by one.
🗡️ Isgald Vorst – Powerful Melee Warrior
Isgald Vorst is an excellent Melee Attack based card. Although its mana cost is relatively low, its attack power and defense balance are quite good. This card is usually placed in the mid-line or second position to get good results.
The best part of this card is that it can quickly put pressure on the opponent's line. Isgald Vorst is quite useful in battles where melee units are more effective.
💥 Gorth (Epic) – A terrifying force to stand in front of
Gorth is an Epic Gladius Card and it really scares the hell out of you on the battlefield. Its huge health and strong attack power make it ideal for the frontline.
In Guild Battle, I noticed that when Gorth was in the front, many of the opponent's units were busy breaking it. This gave my backline units a chance to attack safely.
This card is especially effective in long battles.
🛡️ Relenor Cleaver (Rare) – Balanced and Reliable
Relenor Cleaver is a Rare card, but its performance often feels better than Epic cards. This card's attack, speed, and defense are all nicely balanced.
In battles with medium mana caps, Relenor Cleaver is a reliable choice. It can easily target the opponent's weaker units.
🌟 Quora Towershead (Epic) – Queen of Battle
Quora Towershead is undoubtedly the most impressive card I've ever received. It's an Epic card and can be called the Queen of Battle due to its special abilities.
This card becomes stronger when it gets a kill. As a result, once you can bring the momentum of the game to your side, Quora Towershead can turn the entire battle around by itself.
In addition to Guild Battle, this card performs exceptionally well in various special ruleset matches.
🧙 Witch of Warwick – A terrifying weapon hidden behind support
Although Witch of Warwick looks like a support type, its impact in battle is very high. It can put pressure on the opponent in various ways and is able to survive for a long time.
This card is usually used as a backline or midline support to get good results. Witch of Warwick works great especially in battles where status effects are important.

⚔️ Usability of these cards in battle
The biggest advantage of these cards is that they can be used in Guild Battle, where Gladius cards are much more effective than normal cards. If you use right combination you can easily defeat your opponent.
I have already used these cards few battles and results are really satisfactory.
📈 Future Plans and Expectations
After getting these cards, my confidence in guild battles has increased a lot. I intend to collect more merit tokens and open more packs in the future. I also plan to level up these cards.
I believe that if you play patiently and regularly and make the right investments, you can get good experiences and rewards from Splinterlands.
It is a really great feeling to earn merit tokens by playing guilds and get powerful cards that open packs with those tokens. The cards I got today enriched my gameplay even more.
Splinterlands is not just a game luck—it is the result patience, strategy, and regular effort. I am ending here today with the hope doing better in future.
