Those who play Splinterlands regularly know how exciting the moment of opening a card can be. Especially when you go to open a Gladius Pack hoping to get a new card for your collection each card reveals a different feeling. Thats exactly what happened me. I only opened 3 Gladius Packs but that small opening session became a memorable experience for me because I got 2 Gold Foil cards from them.
Gold Foil cards are very important in a blockchain-based card game like Splinterlands. They are not only attractive to look at, but also add extra value to the game. The demand for Gold Foil cards is always a little higher than regular cards, as they are considered a special treasure to collectors. So the joy that comes when a Gold Foil card is revealed when opening a Pack is really different.
When I first started opening Gladius Packs, I naturally didn't expect much. Because we all know that getting good cards from packs is a matter of luck. Sometimes, even after opening many packs, you can't get the desired card. So I just thought, it would be good to get some good usable cards.

The Gold Foil cards that I received are new additions to my Collection. They will be used in future Battles as well as part of my Collection. Especially when you open a Pack and get such a card in your own hands, there is a different feeling towards that card.
Sometimes people open a Pack only hoping to get big prizes or expensive cards. But for me, the real joy is in this whole process. The curiosity that exists before opening a Pack, the excitement that arises when the card is revealed and the feeling of getting something good at the end—this is actually one of the attractions of this game.
Getting 2 Gold Foils out of 3 Gladius Packs was definitely a Lucky Moment for me. It may not be same every time but it is experiences like this that make the game more enjoyable. Each Pack Opening brings a new possibility and waiting for that possibility is part the fun Splinterlands.
