The card I purchased today is the powerful Fire unit Ballista Deadshot from the Splinterlands game. I have been feeling a sense confidence since I bought card because it's not just a normal card—in fact, it can turn tide a match in right situation. In todays article, I'll discuss in detail stats usage strategies, level-up benefits, possible combinations and why it's an important addition my deck.

First let's talk about identity card. Ballista Deadshot is a Common unit of a Fire Splinter and its race is Orc. Fire Splinter has always been known for its aggressive strategy. Fire units are very effective for those who want to put pressure on their opponents by hitting quickly. Ballista Deadshot makes aggressive strategy even stronger high ranged damage.

The card has a mana cost 13, which is relatively high. That is, you need to have enough mana in the match use it. However power that is obtained in exchange for high mana cost is really commendable. At level 1 it has a ranged attack 5, speed 2, armor 3, and health 3. These stats suggest that it is primarily a backline damage dealer. Not a card be kept in front, but rather suitable for hitting consistently from a safe position behind.
Its power also increases significantly as it increases in level. In particular, it becomes more durable due to the increase in health and armor. At the highest level, it can get up to 9 health and 5 armor, which is great as a ranged unit. This also provides some protection from enemy sneak or opportunity attacks.
Now let's talk about its abilities. One most interesting aspects Ballista Deadshot is its special abilities. As it increases in level it gains additional abilities which make it more strategically important. For example some levels it gains the ability target specific enemies. it can quickly eliminate important support units cards with low health.

The most important thing when using this card is the correct positioning. Since it is a ranged unit, it cannot attack in the first position by default (unless the Close Range rule is in effect). So always try to place it behind a strong tank. For example, if you put a Fire Splinter in front of a tank with high health and armor and put Ballista Deadshot in the third or fourth position, it can safely deal maximum damage.
If the match has the Equalizer rule, then everyone's health becomes equal—in that case, Ballista Deadshot can quickly break the opponent's line with its high damage. On the other hand, if the Close Range rule is in place, then it is able to attack in the first position as well, which makes it more versatile.

However, this card is difficult to use in low mana matches. Because spending 13 mana leaves limited opportunities to form the rest of the team. Therefore, it is mainly most effective in 40+ mana matches. In high mana matches, it can be combined with strong supports and tanks to create a balanced and offensive team.

In my personal experience decision buy this card was a strategic one. I have often noticed that opponent has strong support units in backline, which dictates course match. Ballista Deadshot can quickly target and eliminate those backline units, weakening the opponent.
Leveling up is also very important. Being a Common card, it is relatively easy to level up. It is possible to collect multiple copies and gradually take it to a higher level. The additional abilities and stats that increase as you level up are a profitable investment in the long run.

Another important thing is team coordination. Although Fire Splinter is usually attack-based, big mana cards can be risky without the right support. So, using Ballista Deadshot with a summoner that gives a speed boost or armor boost makes it even more effective. The speed boost allows it to attack first, which reduces the opponent's units quickly.
Additionally, if you have a defensive ruleset like Fog of War where Sneak or Snipe don't work, Ballista Deadshot's direct hit becomes important. On the other hand, its low speed can give some advantage in the Reverse Speed rule, as low speed units hit first.
I believe this card will increase strength my deck in the long run. The game is currently being updated regularly new features are being added. To keep up with these changes it is important collect strong versatile cards. Ballista Deadshot fills that need.
This card can also be a good investment from an economic perspective. If the demand for the card increases in the game, its market value may also increase. Especially if it becomes popular in a particular ruleset or meta, then its rental price may also increase. it can be helpful not only for winning battles but also for income.
I would like say that today's purchase is an important step in my gaming journey. Every new card means new possibilities, new strategies new experiences. I feel more confident with the addition Ballista Deadshot my team. If I can use it with right planning and strategy, it will be possible win more matches in the future.
To be successful in Splinterlands game patience planning and investment are needed. I believe that Ballista Deadshot will become a strong part of that combination. I want move forward with the expectation more level ups, more strategy tests, and more wins.
These were my detailed feelings and analysis todays newly purchased card. I hope this powerful Orc warrior will give me extraordinary performance in future battles.
