Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: I am excited about the Land 1.75 already

Greetings to all and sundry on this great platform, I welcome you all to my blog and today I write to participate in this week's Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge. I am thrilled to be part of the Splinterlands family. I hope that you guys would like my entry. Without much ado, I would like to go straight to the purpose of this post. This week we have a new topic where users are encouraged to write and share their ideas about the Sharing Our Thoughs about the Splinterlands Lands 1.75. I would submit my entry to that here in this post.

In a new era of the Splinterlands game, I write to review the Splinterlands Lands 1.75 upgrade, which is coming up in the next two days. I hope it is going to be a great feature in the game, and since I do possess a land, it will definitely benefit me as well.

First of all, I would like to acknowledge the team for the fact that they still had the thought about upgrading and advancing the Lands feature in the game. This new update is happening live on the 18th of March, 2025 and it is coming with several new features which I will be sharing in this post.

First of all, it is coming with new resources in building your productivity in the Lands, and that includes, stones, wood, and iron. Also, the worksite areas are going to be terrain-dependent now and one must be careful with managing the Lands in the game.

The grain worksites that happen to be on incompatible terrain will be converted to either Wood, Stone, or Iron upon the first harvest to avoid wasting your valuable time harvesting invaluable resources.

Again, new liquidity pools and resource swaps are going to be added where players can swap either wood, iron, or stones for grain or Dec and vice versa. This is going to increase the game economy and I think it will eventually help the growth of the in-game tokens.

Furthermore, the development of a new UI enhancement and gameplay interface will be added to ensure players have a smoother and easier way of managing their Lands in the game. The is going to be a new feature that helps players to see from the first glance on the map the type of resources his or her Land can support.

This is going to help the growth of the Lands feature in the game, and I am optimistic about its implementation.

If you are new and would like to start playing the game, kindly join by using the link below; https://next.splinterlands.com/register?ref=abu78
