Todos tenemos momentos difíciles en la vida. Nos preparamos para afrontarlos bien, pero no siempre lo logramos. A veces, llegan momentos difíciles que nos dificultan mucho superarlos. Cuando nos acecha el peligro, cuando llegan las dificultades, nuestra mente se desorienta y nos perdemos. ¿Dónde podemos encontrar una solución? Preguntamos a todo el mundo, pero nadie nos da la respuesta.

Exacto, a mí también me tocó vivir momentos difíciles. En aquel entonces, me estaba preparando para el examen de Madhyamik, que comenzaba en tan solo tres meses. Pero hacía tres meses, la situación económica de mi familia se había deteriorado mucho. Habíamos contraído un préstamo de unos 800.000 takas y no podíamos pagarlo. Así que decidimos mudarnos a Dhaka. Allí buscaríamos trabajo y podríamos pagar la deuda.

Finalmente, mis padres se fueron a la ciudad por trabajo, dejándome sola en casa. Como no había nadie más en la familia, viví sola. Durante ese tiempo, tuve muchos problemas con la comida, ya que no había nadie que cocinara. Sin embargo, con mucha dificultad, viví en casa durante dos años.

Después terminé la secundaria. Tras finalizarla, me fui a Dhaka con mis cosas, pues mis padres ya habían empezado a trabajar allí. Mi padre ya estaba pagando deudas con algunos trabajos. Al ver esta buena oportunidad, también me interesé por el trabajo y conseguí uno en una fábrica de ropa.

Las fábricas de ropa son lugares muy difíciles. Es muy difícil sobrevivir allí, pero aun así acepté el trabajo. El requisito mínimo era haber terminado la secundaria. Como había aprobado el examen, conseguí el trabajo en la fábrica de ropa mostrando mi credencial. Estaba muy contenta de haber conseguido el trabajo. Sin embargo, se ha vuelto extremadamente difícil conseguir trabajo, y el comportamiento y el lenguaje de la gente de allí me ofenden constantemente.

Básicamente, lo más importante para trabajar en una fábrica de ropa es la productividad. Si ibas a trabajar allí, debías ser puntual. Teníamos que entrar y salir de la oficina a la hora indicada. La oficina abría a las ocho de la mañana y funcionaba de diez a doce de la noche. Si te enfermabas, no había permiso para ausentarte. Además, si lograbas irte a casa sin avisar a los empleados o directivos, al día siguiente se tomarían medidas en tu contra y te descontarían el sueldo.

Por si fuera poco, la presión laboral en las fábricas de ropa era enorme. Si una persona podía confeccionar 150 prendas por hora, le asignaban una meta de 200. Es decir, tenía que entregar 150 prendas a toda costa. Y, por supuesto, la calidad. La calidad de la ropa y de la confección tenía que ser impecable. Si surgía algún problema, los directivos te regañaban y te castigaban duramente. En resumen, aquellos tiempos fueron un verdadero calvario para mí. Llegaba a la oficina a las 8 de la mañana todos los días y luego tenía una hora para almorzar. Después tenía que trabajar sin parar desde las 2 de la tarde hasta las 10 de la noche y la medianoche. Tenía que justificar la producción de cada hora. Por un lado, la gestión del tiempo; por otro, la salud; y por otro, el dinero. En resumen, llevaba una vida muy difícil.

Además, el mayor problema era el económico. Incluso trabajando tantas horas, solo me pagaban entre 80 y 85 dólares al mes. Es decir, horas extras por un salario muy bajo. En esta difícil situación, no podía controlarme de ninguna manera.

Solía ir a la fábrica de ropa por la mañana como obrero. Trabajaba todo el día. Si la última hora de producción era mala después de una jornada laboral larga, los supervisores me insultaban y me regañaban mucho. Básicamente, las fábricas de ropa se han vuelto inhabitables. Aquí no hay normas ni reglamentos. Así que decidí que tenía que salir de esta difícil situación.

Hablé con mi familia y me puse al tanto de todas las deudas. En total, todavía teníamos una deuda de 7 lakh taka. Al principio, juntaba mi salario con el de mi familia cada mes. Luego, le daba ese salario a cada uno para pagar la deuda. Me tomó solo cuatro años pagar la deuda de 7 lakh taka. En ese tiempo, pude saldar la deuda de mi familia.

Como era una situación difícil, es muy difícil para una familia de clase media pagar una deuda de 8 lakh taka. Sin embargo, finalmente, toda la familia se mudó a Dhaka, creó empleos y consiguió trabajo allí. Al conseguir trabajo, resolví los problemas económicos de mi familia y ahora todo va muy bien. Sin embargo, esta difícil situación me enseñó una valiosa lección. Con gusto pagué la deuda y eliminé los problemas de mi vida.

Básicamente, resolví un gran problema familiar manteniendo la calma y una gran fortaleza mental. En realidad, en la vida surgen diversos problemas, pero si nos esforzamos por resolverlos, podemos solucionarlos rápidamente.

Since I had given the exam, I took a job in a garment factory by showing the exam admit card. I was very happy after taking a job in a garment factory. However, it has become extremely difficult to get a job, and the behavior and language of the people there constantly offends me.

Basically, the most important thing to work in a garment factory is activity. Basically, if you go to work there, you must use the right time. We have to enter the office according to the time and leave according to the time. The office started at eight in the morning and then the office was in operation from ten to twelve at night. If you were sick, there was no provision for leave. Again, if you were able to go home without telling the office employees or officials, then the next day, arrangements would be made for your interests and salary would be deducted.

Moreover, there is a lot of work pressure in garment factories. If a person can make 150 pieces of clothes every hour, he is given a target of 200. That is, at any cost, 150 pieces of production garments have to be delivered. Along with this, there is quality. The quality of the clothes and the quality of stitching have to be 100% right. If ever there is a problem, the office officials would abuse you a lot and punish you. Basically, those times created a storm in my life. I would arrive at the office at 8 am every day and then I would be given a one-hour lunch break. Then I would have to work continuously from 2 pm to 10 pm to 12 am. I had to explain the production of every hour. On one hand, time management, on the other hand, health, and on the other hand, money. All in all, I was leading a very difficult life.

Moreover, the biggest problem was the financial problem. Even after working so many hours, I was only paid $80-85 a month. That is, extra work but very low salary. In this difficult situation, I could not control myself in any way.

I used to come to the garment factory in the morning as a garment worker. I used to work all day. Then I would give that salary to each person as debt repayment. It took me only four years to repay the debt of 7 lakh taka. Within this time, I was able to repay my family's debt.

Since it was a difficult situation. It is very difficult for a middle-class family to repay a debt of 8 lakh taka. However, finally, the whole family went to Dhaka together and created employment and got a job there. By getting a job, I solved the family's financial problems and now life is going very well. However, this difficult situation taught me a good lesson. I happily paid off the debt and eliminated the problems in my life.

Basically, I solved such a big problem of my family by being calm and having a strong morale. Basically, various kinds of problems can arise in our lives. But if we try to solve those problems, it is possible to solve them very quickly.
