DIY - creating an earing with a carton and a piece of fabric.

Mine was abit stressful but i am glad i was able to relieve some stress with my diy.

Today i saw a small piece of old fabric as i was cleaning and arranging my stuff.
For no particular reason i just loved it,i couldn't even trashed it but after cleaning i decided to make good use of the fabric.

The piece of fabric was from an old clothe i had sewed many yeasrs ago but i am glad i could still use the fabric.

Here are some materials i used in making the earring

• An old piece of ankara fabric
• Scissors
• Golden wire
• Gum
• carton an a plier
  

First step
My first step was simple and fun,i got the carton and scissors and i cut out some shapes from it.

Second step
I got the Ankara fabric and i cut out a piece from it

Next step
I put some gum on the carton and i also created some square shapes from the fabric.

Next step
I placed the pieces of carton on fabric
And i allowed it to dry.

Next step
When i was dried,i started folding it in,till all the fabric had sticked to the carton.

Next step
When the gum was dried to an extent,i got the pieces and i joined it together.

Next step
I got a a hand needle,i created a hole on the earing with it,so that the golden wire can pass through easily

Finally
And this was the final stage where i had to insert the golden wire and to create a earing hook with it.
