THE MAKING OF AN HALFSHOE FOR MY COUSIN.

good afternoon everyone on this community,it been a while have drop a post on needlework Monday community,I have really miss you guys and I hope you are all doing fine.
Monday is for needlework creativity work.
My cousin is like a family to me which I can't be looking them walking with bad footwear or with bare leg.just yesterday when my cousin came our place to spend weekend but the footwear he wore is totally bad and not encouraging to see from his leg.What I did is to just pack the poor footwear and make new one for him.

HOW I MADE THE NEW HALFSHOE FOR HIM
I bought some few materials to make the halfshoe
NORA
LIGHT MARKO
HEEL
BROWN LEATHER
BLACK LINEN
RING
GUM
WET

I start the process by cutting our upper to halfshoe shape and cut using scissors ,now we will apply gum to both the brown skin and linen then gum together after 2 minute.
We will apply the round logo and move to our sewing machine to complete our upper of the halfshoe

Now we move on by making the insole with cutting of fibre and linen it with black skin leather,Nail it to the shoe last and apply gum to both the upper and the insole for proper lasting

After the lasting process,we will fold the front stiff of the halfshoe for proper shape and the halfshoe is almost ready

SOLE MAKING
we are building the shoe sole to make the halfshoe ready.we will start by applying gum to the wet,sole and the halfshoe made there we will gum all together and wet.
the process is shown in the picture below

Now we will move to the filing machine after gumming all together,and file the edge's of the sole

NOW THE HALFSHOE IS READY FOR MY COUSIN
