Hello there my friend, I've had to deal with banks and managers many times here and I don't know if everywhere the same problem is present, but here, there is lack of capabilities, lack of helping will and dislakes with the tasks and responsibilities the job carries with it. I believe and was taught that every job to be done has to be done well as simple or unimportant as it may seem, bit above all, those jobs in which public attention is involved have to be developed aiming at the best possible treat and satisfaction of the customer.
