🖤 More than what meets the eye

People often make assumptions based on what they see.

A serious expression. A dark outfit. A quiet personality.

But the truth is, there’s so much more beneath the surface.

As a psychologist, I’ve learned that everyone carries a story you can’t see at first glance. That’s why I try to look beyond appearances—not only in others, but also in myself.

I’m passionate about understanding people, challenging myself, staying active, and becoming a little stronger every day—inside and out.

Some days I’m reflective.
Some days I’m fearless.
Some days I’m simply learning as I go.

And I’ve realized that I don’t have to fit into anyone else’s idea of who I should be.

I just have to keep being authentically me.
