The way I carry myself, the way I speak, the way I protect my energy.

This moment, in front of the mirror, wasn’t just about the dress…
it was about recognizing growth.

As a psychologist, I’ve learned that identity is something we build daily.
Through choices, through boundaries, through the way we show up for ourselves.

And yes, I still go to the gym, I still work on my goals, I still have doubts…
but I also see progress.

Little by little, I’m becoming the woman I once imagined.

And today, I felt beautiful — not just outside, but within.
