Blooming Flowers outside the hospital vicinity

When I went for my follow-up check, I saw this flower planted. It catched my attention because of the colors of the bloomed flowers.
Does someone know the name of the flower? Hehe I don't know the name of it.

Not totally sure, but they look like periwinkles. When we just moved here to the countryside, i used to see a lot during my morning run, but I seldom see them now. Maybe because the place is slowly, uhm, well, not really, but a bit more crowded than before. Lovely 💕
