Homemade Turkish Lentil Soup!

Sharing my wonderful dinner I made yesterday, it is a turkish lentil soup. One of my favourites, I grew up eating it and was always obsessed with it. Could eat bowl after bowl, so its always a comfort food to me now.

On the days I make it I make as big amount as possible because I know I’m going to enjoy it for a few days after!

It’s really simple to throw together I prefer it chunky aka unblended but both ways are wonderful. Take care!
