Hello Everyone, Namaste 🙏😊

How are you doing? We humans are filled with emotions and our aspirations keeps us going all the time. However we have limitations as well. We do have our lows, ups downs, burnouts, mind blocks etc. A exhaustion of work and energy is part of our human behaviour and body as well. However the professional and mental fatigue at work is very different. It should be taken and dealt in a delicate manner and should never be neglected. I have heard of examples of extreme mental breakdowns in places of work which demand high attention, having deadlines and constant pressure from the superiors.

This downfall of energy or less enthusiasm that we experience at the end of our day is not new or related to specific set of people. This has always been the way around. As kids we had busy schedule at school and then we had fun and physical games at home. Kids reach at the point of extreme exhaustion at bed time. I had seen my nephew falling asleep before having dinner, 😂. Then as we grow up at adolescent at the we have high energy levels but we get exhaustions at very new life style habits, career and relationship issues, finding own identity and many adolescent stuff etc.

However the real journey stats at workplace. Since work is something we all goona need to do , whether it's a business, job or self-employment every work involves its pros and cons. Everyone wants to enjoy and get their peace of mind at work. However the targets, commitments, Orders make us a bit irritated. Then there is office politics, this is even more at corporate field.

I also had a hard time in the beginning of my job. I am also a dedicated and hardworking kind of person when it comes to work. I always try to give my best into my work. However this also gives me unwanted and unreasonable stress at sometimes. One thing about is work that it just work. The sooner we understand this, the better. Sometimes the unpredictable and unprecedented things are work make us doubt ourselves and we tend to take a toll on our health and body. Some of us are also doing overtime and night shifts as well. The stress at workplace nowadays is very part of the job, it's something not denying not to be escaped from. We all have to learn to deal with the stress and pressure, also at the same time not let the burn out effect the quality of our work. I would like it share how I try to deal with my work and life burn outs.

Meditation and Walks works Just amazing for me. Try to do meditation early in the morning, it will relax the mind and clear the thought. It's very important to learn to develope patience, and not to lose temper so easily. Then there is brisk or long walks. I always walk for around half hour everyday day after launch. It's beneficial for health and also provides the much needed break from work. Food and healthy eating habits also aids in maintaining the energy levels throughout the whole day. Moreover during strict work schedules we even skip our meals and also end up taking junk food or excessive tea or coffee. Keep a box of snack mainly healthy snacks such as dry fruits, nuts etc in your work table and whenever you get time take a few servings. Then staying hydrated all the time is very important. Keep your water bottle with you all the time and never compromise with water requirment. Eating a healthy and balanced meals is very important, accompanied with small servings in snacks form at workplace. Getting proper sleep and rest is also equal important as food. Then on weekends or holidays try to spend quality time with family, friends, enjoy your day, eat your favourite food. Taking vacation and week long trips atleast once or twice a year is much needed for everyone. We need to have some space every quarter a year where we can forget everything about work and just be at peace with ourselves.
