Slothysavers A Continuation of Saturday Savers - A New Host But Savings Traits Continues (Week 4, 2026)

Foreword
Good day everyone, it's been just a short while since I last updated my savings plans and target for 2026. But that was for Saturday Savers and today because of a change of hands, transition will now move to Slothysavers. And at the same time, I have crossed the 20k mark on my account.

2026 Goal Update

Let us begin this update by sharing where we are right now since the last update.

Delta to goal is current at 9997 HP.

At last the delta is no longer a 5 digit sum. It is still a long way to go and definitely much work needs to be done. With a daunting 9000+ HP that I need to gain over the course of 2026, I need to be always in the lookout for projects to invest into. Not going to be easy considering how the world climate is right now, but I will still do what I can.

Enablers for Goal

The enablers for the goal will not really change. And will be discussed item by item.

Posting And Curating
While earlier post I speak only about posting, a fellow friend reminded me that, it is not just posting, there is also curating. While we build up sufficient HP and gain influence, the vote that we possess also grow and that is where curation will also become another source of gaining HP. So everyday, if possible, work on a good post or just spend some time to curate amazing post.

Layer 2 Token Management
There are many layer 2 tokens on Hive that provide some form of passive income. And there are also that have been accumulated while blogging and curating. Actively managing these tokens are important for growth, so here are some of the layer 2 tokens that actually generate liquid hive or swap.hive for me and boost my HP growth.

I have yet to touch much on layer 2 which I really ought to do so quickly so that I can also gain good passives to support my growth. If there are any layer 2 token worth looking at right now, do share them with me. The gains from each token is shared below.

Liquid Hive Sources:

Holding EDSI tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.088 HIVE per week.
Holding ALIVE tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.010 HIVE per day.
Holding DAB tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.006 HIVE per day.

Total passive: 0.2 HP per week

SWAP.HIVE Sources:
Holding BBH tokens - The amount I have yields me 0.0134 SWAP.HIVE per week.

Now we are rebuilding everything from lowest point as we continue to seek coins that will yield us some passive hive one way or another.

HP Delegation:

This has no change but definitely I will be looking into other projects that will generate good ROI and delegating some HP to them and at the same time help me grow.

External faucets and rollercoin are still sources that I am generating some crypto that can be used to support the goal.

Transition from Saturday Savers to Slothy Savers
I think this transition really help to keep the fire going. We have had many good seasons of nice savings and with the Saturday Savers coming to an end, I would like to thank @slothbuzz for taking the responsibility and continue running this program. And through his good work, many more have came to join this initiative. Let's all keep the savings trait going and save up strong.
