Knowing @AlessandraWhite from our previous IRL meetups, we could easily talk for hours and hours... It was similar in the last #HHHLive show when we were talking about projects that she runs, and of course, sidetracked occasionally by other cool "life stuff"... Yes, we were delaying this encounter because of busy schedules on both sides, but even Internet connection issues that I faced during the show, couldn't prevent everyone who attended to have fun in the show! Once again, thanks to everyone who joined and made this show better!

It was great to see a "mixed" audience, from hard-core #HHHLive participants, through ordinary Hivians, to new faces from the #CWH community! You know how we roll... The best results come from diversified communities, different points of view, different perceptions, mixed experiences... The final result is powerful! We learned something new, we widened our views, and we helped others on the way... How great is that?!

I had a hard job trying to moderate the show to fit in the 1-hour format, and I was struggling a lot... There were some questions I had on my list that we didn't have time to discuss, but that's a great reason to schedule another meetup! As I mentioned before, I had some connection issues during the show, which you will probably notice in the recording, but luckily, the break didn't last too long... The recording is worth checking out (you can find it under)!

Let me share a couple of titbits about what we were talking about, to give you just a short glimpse into topics...

• As usual, I share a common history with our guest... How we met, how it was, and where we will meet again... 🙂
• Of course, we wanted to know more about @AlessandraWhite... She shared a bit about herself, and her big revelation about how "Hive meetups are a thing!" She is hooked on meetups, as she has done more than 20! 😃
• As she is a community builder, we tried to understand her views about communities... She is a founder of Creative Work Hour, and we were lucky to hear from her more about it... What is it? How does it work? How can you join? The idea behind it is to have a community that helps you grow your creativity... But that is a very simplified explanation from me, and it can be a very different view from others...
• With the approach "See Ya When We See Ya!", participation in the #CWH sessions is a pure delight... Surrounded by other creative people, you can focus and do your thing...

• But, Creative Work Hour is more than just a coworking session... There is a lot more behind it... One of the big things is the weekly podcast that will celebrate the 70th episode this weekend! The interesting thing about it is that it's relatively short content, but run by more than 1 person... Everyone has time to share their view about the topic, which enriches the podcast itself more than one person could do!
• There is a new initiative cooking in the background that will take place at the beginning of the next month, and you can take part in it! August will be #CWH30 month! Check out the video for more details!
• During the show, we had a few questions from participants... Among them, @jza wanted to know the number of CWH sessions held in these 4 years, and @bitterirony shared more about the "See Ya When We See Ya" approach that makes CWH relaxed, cozy, and friendly!

As big "meetup addicts", we were talking about future places where we could meet... 😃 I'm organizing one meetup in Serbia next week, there is Hive Summit in Aachen from 22-24. August, Hive Fest, Kuala Lumpur, in October, and the Hive Open Days, by BuzzParty, next year in May!
