My Honest Experience Using Ecency.

So, I've been using Ecency for a few months already. And in all honesty it has been a very smooth ride, so I have few things to say. One of the things about this amazing app/frontend is the convenience it offers. Ecency is an easy to navigate frontend. And even if you're new to the platform, it's been set up in a way that you won't feel confused in any way.

Also, @ecency like I said earlier is built in a way that even if you're new, you won't get confused using it. It is beginner friendly. I am not a tech expert or anything like that, at least not yet, so you don't really need to be for you to understand the way it works...from posting, to commenting to upvoting and all.

Now, let's talk about the wave feature, I've only participated in it a few times, and I can say in all honesty that I enjoyed it. To me, it is a space where you get to engage with and meet new people, interact with them and such. A platform that offers all without making you feel lonely. Not to even talk of the messaging feature too, where you can message/DM a fellow hiver directly. It's amazing.

Another thing I would like to talk about is their reward system. Ecency actually rewards users with Ecency points for almost everything being done via their frontend. Either you make a post, upvote a post, commented on a post, or even reblog a post, you get certain amount of points. It's so encouraging, also having to know that you can gift out that point to another user, or even that the points can as well be used to boost/promote your post. That is a platform that cares for you and wants your growth.

Also, talking of the leaderboard. You get to see how much you've engaged and all of that and see where you're topping on the table. And even the reward being given for being in the top 50 I think. And it's done every week or every month end, I'm not so sure which it is. But it's encouraging. All I can say is a big welldone to the team in charge of this frontend, you're doing greatly well.

And just recently, I got to know how easy it is to swap your hive to HBD. Very fast and easy. All of this years I've always seen it as something that's hard or that will take days to do, though I've never done it myself. But a friend told me she's about to, and few minutes later she told me she's done swapping it already. I was amazed to see that even though it sounds technical, Ecency made it very simple and easy to do.

Also from the few things I've got to see and know, I saw that this frontend is open to growth and new ideas. I love that they are always improving and wanting to improve the more. I respect and appreciate that. Biggy thanks to those behind the scenes doing everything necessary to keep this amazing frontend running. This platform is doing amazingly well. But I will love to add this, if it could be worked on, and that's the notifications. At times it feels too much, and it might take time to actually see what you're looking for, either a comment or a tag. If it could be more filtered, I'm sure it would make the various users experiences more smoother and sweeter.

In conclusion, I'm glad to be a part of this amazing platform, community and frontend—Ecency.
