With all that's happening on the blockchain - Hive price plummeting and everyone feeling the pinch, the least we can do is to protect our accounts and wallets from malicious actors who are in the blockchain, trying to steal from people.
Yes, a scammer is currently on the blockchain.

His first account @hive-reward, which he created early this month was probably flagged and blacklisted, so he created a new one - @hive.blog.reward, (the image above) just two days go, and resumed his scam activities.

Just so you know, this user is all over Hive, commenting on Posts, Threads, Waves, Snaps, with messages containing phishing links, and inviting users to claim Hive airdrop.
A screenshot of his comment, tagging me on threads.

Probably you've had him comment on your posts or maybe come across his comments on other user's posts. Just know that it's all scam and he's targeting your wallet. I just hope no user has fallen prey to this false promise of airdrop.
THERE IS NO ONGOING HIVE AIRDROP. DO NOT CLICK ON ANY OF THE LINKS POSTED BY THIS USER, ELSE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE COMPROMISED, AND YOUR WALLET WILL BE CLEARED.
Now that we've identified this scammer, let's report his malicious activities to maintain community safety, just like I've done.
Share the information with others and warn them to stay safe.
If he ever comments on your posts, ignore and mute the account to prevent further messages. Better still, downvote comments to reduce visibility.
Above all, protect yourself, be cautious of unsolicited messages or comments with unverified links. Finally, verify information before interacting with any links or offers in or outside the blockchain.
