I'm motivated by profit and passion, the both work hand in gloves , when I have passion for a particular endeavor I make sure I put in my absolute best to make the best out of it and profit gives me a sense of independence and peace.
Having a sense of passion is what makes our lives as humans purposeful, every human have a passion for anything they develop or have an interest or concerns for.
Being motivated by passion is a feeling that's possessed by everyone .
I believe, that I have a passion for everything and anything I'm interested in doing, because I'm human and I have a purpose.
Then , there's profit, when you invest alot of effort, finance and energy into a particular course, business or interest, what we expect in return is profit, without profit you won't be encouraged to go further or continue.
I can remember the first time I invested into a poultry business, that was after my WAEC, saved some money from work and also got support from my uncle, invested with little or no experience, I just believe I could follow the routine given to me by the ventinary doctor and at the end of the day I lost my money, couldn't even get my capital complete, it was so discouraging , I cried and decided not to try the business again. I felt really discouraged, doubted by intelligence and felt really bad for failing.
Until few months ago, I decided to try investing in poultry again, but this time with proper guidance, help , and advice from those experienced in the business and the profit was massive, I learnt and now I have overcomed the first fear I had in the business, and that's because it was profitable this time, and because of my profit I'm encouraged to stay long in the business too.
I have decided to expand with so much courage and motivation, this is the power of profit, no one plans to fail.
From my experience shared, first I was moved by passion, because I have always had a passion to invest in agriculture, so even after my first failure, I had the passion to try again, but was restricted by fear, I have always had a passion in agriculture due to it unending benefits to the society .
The profit I earned also built a passion to expand, due to my achievements and success.
Profit motivated you to plan for an expansion and growth, and it also gave me a sense of independence.
It's really fascinating and enjoyable when you have a profit in any business or anything you indulge in , I believe not just me but anyone with a business passion would be motivated by the profit made at the end of sales.
Passion and profit motivates me, and they work hand and gloves .
I feel it's in human nature to bo motivated and courageous due to passion and profit.
Because when we are passion driven, it motivates us to go further and when we get profits from whatever we do , it motivates us to be consistent in doing it.
So, passion and profit motivates me.

We only fail when we give up, as you didn't give up, even after the first trial was a disaster, you later had the last laugh and were successful in your second trial of the poultry business... Nowadays, it is more about the money and no longer passion; there are many people in a field they don't like because it pays better..Fight for survival.
Giving up is never an option.
Thanks for stopping by.
This is exactly same thing I said , and I am just seeing your post.
Number 2 you look so good
Thanks babygirl.
Your experience in poultry farming is very relatable. Starting out without much knowledge and facing loss can be discouraging, but the fact that you went back with proper guidance and succeeded says a lot about determination. Profit not only gave you confidence but also the push to expand, while passion kept you from giving up completely. Together, they clearly shaped your motivation and outlook in business.
Yea, you are absolutely right.
Together, they shape your motivation and zeal in anything you intend doing.

I love your take on this. Passion is a great drive towards a lot of things we do. When we're passionate about a certain thing, we tend to give it our all. Though I've also had a few situations when I messed up things I was passionate about.
I can imagine how disappointed you felt when your investment didn't yield any promising reward but luckily, you gave it another try and it was worth it 🥰.
Poultry business is an amazing one.. been planning to have one too since we have a farm. But I guess it takes a lot of money and effort. Is it worth it?
