Success Is Not A Pursuit (LOH #223)

Writing this now, while seated outside opened to the fresh and calm flow of the wind, feels like it's going to rain tonight and I so much hope am wrong. That rain would be far better for a Friday night, I bet you feel me right here huh? Lol

That aside, so few minutes before I picked up my tab to this note, I observed my unapologetic habit of recap for everyday that comes and goes.
Here I am, seated here and beating myself over a great loss in my business and for what reason..because of familiarity and that should be given 5% only. Then when I add the part of forgetfulness, I would explain that..
This is where Tory tends to forget that even as much as she calls off the shut as the boss of her world, she isn't yet to the rank of appealing for others over the detriment of her business. That alone carried 85% and then believes is had time she would take more business books and that got the remaining 10%.

And so for her loss, it was great. Imagine where you were given a work and out of sentiment you reduce the price to more than half of its capital. That is my story right now💔
Coming across this topic which was in many ways relatable to my lifestyle and way of thinking made me share this story.
Success is beautiful but perfection isn't. As far as am concerned, is the fastest killer of progress if not careful and strong enough might end up falling even before an halfway through due to unnecessary anxiety of too many expectations, and if strong enough might wake up one day to discover every damn thing worked for is nowhere in sight.

I embraced my mistakes but looked out on the brighter side and the benefit my faults could bring to my business which is always number one on my table list “customer satisfaction “.
Maybe you might call it shallow, and you might be right in this sense. Since I said my client is familiar what's the need to make her impressed?
And I say, there are so many reasons. I may have not done my business right by beating down cost price because it's a familiar client but then pitting my best could land me a great deal and that's where satisfaction comes in.
No work or business is easy, as long as we do it for the bag, lapses are inevitable but then I recommend we get a table list to fit in our thoughts and goals concerning what we call work, and that would help in pulling our minds to that which is of important instead of pursuing perfection.
