In this world we are now for us to excel we need to be ready to learn, read and always ready to adapt.welcom to my blog lovelies.

Knowledge today is not only found in the classroom or books but others experience helps atlot, I will like to share with you all how I equipped myself.

I make sure that I listened to conversations, other people experience and the use of technology has really been helping me alot. I equipped myself by learning new skills, yes I started with hair styling but at times goes on I learnt more skills to equipped myself more by learning installation, make up,nails and gele. To add to what am learning at the shop I downloaded some YouTube work vedios I watch at home to add to what am learning in the shop.

Also I always ask questions, year when I asked questions it helps me to understand what I don't know and also being open to unlearn what no longer serves me.

Coping skills are just important as knowledge. So I have learned to be patience, self- awareness helps me to navigate constant change in my life. I also believe in asking for help and also sharing experiences with others because I believe that no one truly grows alone so I love to carry others along.

So for elderly, I believe that wisdom and experience are priceless, I listened to their stories and their experiences, this teaches me resilience and values that I can't Googled. Also at the same time I encourage them and teach them simple technology that helps them to fell among on today's fast moving world. When they ask me to help them I do that for them.

And for the young once, I also encourages them too, I show them how they will manage their emotions, embrace change and also I encourage them to learn continuously because this will help them for the future.

I have come to understand that learning becomes a shared across the globe both with the old and younger once . And growth and adaptability keeps us moving forward.
