Hello my beautiful ladies! It's been amazing reading all your entries, I've learnt so much and realize even more about my health lifestyle as regards to eating and struggling with sedentary challenges. I doubt I'll share anything different from your thoughts in your beautiful contents but it's always nice to share my own story, here it is.
In my childhood, I was a picky eater and don't enjoy eating so that meant, I don't eat much although I can't give account if I ate healthy or not even though I ate little. Growing up, my eating habit seem to evolve from bad to good to better and I am loving the improvements. I eat enough now but not so sure about the healthy aspect.
During my university days, my eating habit was pretty much a mess but not so bad to cause problems for me now that I think about it. Since I had to deal with managing my allowances except on special days when I didn't have to, I tend to just eat whatever I can make available for myself and most times, I force myself to eat my meals.
For a while now, I eat even better and healthier as I tend to spend my money more regardless of how expensive things get and how little I earn. It isn't as bad as before so I try not to think too much before I go for what will benefit my body and mind. I have a very weak stomach so I'm careful what goes in to avoid unnecessary pains.
I don't attend to all my cravings but it's one of my goal to give more attention to what I eat and focus more on making or creating healthy meals and drinks alongside fruits and vegetables for healthier eating habit and feel good about myself. I know now that I feel a lot happier when I eat healthy meals and satisfy some cravings.
As regards to working online and causing for myself sedentary challenges, I was consistent for a while to do regular exercises that helped me a lot to fight those challenges, especially back pains and stiff leg bones. I think not having a good sitting furniture played a huge role in making me sit wrongly and for long hours.
I also tend to be too engrossed in what I'm doing, trying to meet deadlines that I feel too lazy to get up, take breaks and even stop work to gain myself back. A trick I want to employ in fighting sedentary lifestyle is regular exercises, taking breaks when needed and I'm also considering following a yoga routine for my evenings.
I can already picture a happier me if u am to be more considerate on myself in my eating habit and lifestyle. Hopefully, there will be a lot of improvements when I go back home and focus on my personal growth in different areas. It's not going to be easy but the result will definitely be worth it. What about you? What's your eating habit and work life like? Check out the contest.

Since the start of this year, I try to avoid all food that have processed vegetable oils in it which so far is actually working out great as it pretty much forces me to make fresh food each day as they are putting it in nearly everything that can be bought readily in the supermarket these days.
Good luck with your Journey!
Glad it's working out for you, thanks for the good luck wish.
