I am just realizing that I don't have a safe haven for relaxation, as the prompt is asking, because I have slowly become someone who just take relaxation in any form available to me. I know how that has affected me, especially mentally over time and I really want to change that soon.
On some days, I find my relaxation place to be with my family, chatting and laughing over the most little things about life. But I don't get that everyday, so I find relaxation in other forms. On other days, I relax by just singing my favourite songs either out loud or I'm humming it quietly.
Some days, I go to a yard a few steps away from the house. It's quiet there and I get to see a lot from that view, people, buildings and plants. I love it more when I go there alone and just sit quietly to watch all that passes by or stays still.

On some other days, I find relaxation in taking a long walk, no phones, just my thoughts looking at people and walk with no destination in mind. It clears my mind, it strengthens my legs and it relaxes my body when I get back especially at night, to sleep after my 30 mins leg up routine.
That is my most recent relaxation haven but one I'll say it's my favourite right now and still the one I'll do tomorrow and even the day after because it has slowly become an habit for me is, sitting at a small space in the house that I've crafted for myself with a work desk and my growth plans.
I am beginning to see more relaxation in growing than I ever did in the past, so my favourite place of relaxation right now is where I sit to read, learn, practice and document my growth as I become the woman that I pray to be by taking action and not just learning but practicing them.
In the end, I guess I do have relaxation havens and so the reasons I have them. Hopefully, I'll discover even more relaxation places to enjoy.
