I used to think I was really good at saying No, and to be honest I have even advanced a couple of friends to learn to say No when they are not comfortable with certain things. It took me time to realize that I needed to start taking my own advice and say No when I am not comfortable with what someone is doing especially when it is directed at me. It took me time to realize that I found it easier to stand up for everyone but myself and because of that I allow things to happen to me and people around me because I found it difficult to say No.

One of the major times I find it difficult to say No is in my finances. I give to everyone but myself and still end up broke with almost no one to give me. Today my sister called me for an emergency. It was money that I had already, she definitely knew I could afford it, but I couldn’t give it to her still because I am starting to learn how not just to save but to regulate my funds. Now I work on a budget, daily, weekly and monthly. Today is her birthday and I already celebrated it for her. However the emergency came, but I was not having any more funds to release until tomorrow if which those funds are just for my major expenses.
This means that I would have to be saying No to a lot of people because I really need most of the money they ask for but because they are family and friends, I give them. Most of my funds are locked for a period of time, and within that time I do not have access to it. This forces me to say No to things I would say yes to if it was available. But the most important lesson to learn here is that it is completely okay to say No when this things happen, and it doesn’t make me a bad person.

It's very okay to say No because most time before we break ourselves for people would wouldn't bend for us moreover The economy of our country forcefully call for spending wisely, having budget for one's income.
It is never a bad decision,it is mandatory.
