Hello friends. Welcome to the first week of 2026! I hope January isn't too hard for you and you are navigating through to survive. The world is filled with so much stress from our worries. We think about everything from our daily necessities, to health, accommodation and even our relationships. All these can bring a lot of stress and anxieties and if we are not careful, we will totally break down physically and emotionally.

We want to remember that life is too short, and when we are focused on only the problems, we will miss out greatly on the beauty around us. We even become less thankful and bitter, life becomes boring and pragmatic.

For me, I try to shift my focus from the difficulties to the blessings too numerous to recount. I appreciate the people around me that I've been blessed with, I'm filled with gratitude for life and good health and I try to stay optimistic.

Life is too short so we should make the most out of it. I always start my day with meditation and gratitude. This helps me stay positive regardless of my situation.

We should try to find joy everyday from the things and people around us. Life is too short and it's beautiful so live it to the fullest!
