1️⃣ Feeling like you don't have enough time is often a sign that you're trying to ignore your own physical and mental limits. Are there any particular situations that make you feel like you're doing "too much" lately?
After staring at this topic for quiet awhile I just had this conclusion that there have been many situations that have made me feel like I am actually doing "too much" lately, so let's analysis this together, shall we?!

There was a time in school when I had this constant headache, at first I thought it was a normal headache that would come and go but this one persisted so I had to take typhoid medication, and it stopped then after awhile it picked up again so this time I had to manage the situation without taking drugs hoping it would subside, throughout my existence I have never experienced this kind of headache before and I knew it was a completion of stress plus my body trying to tell me something but I wasn't even ready to pay attention or take any drugs because this me hates anything drugs.
Mostly I realize am doing too much when my own body starts speaking in uncomfortable manner that it hasn't before, like when my body is telling on me, like when I sleep at night and I wake up so tired like the sleep wasn't to rest my system, at such moment I wake up so tired and my whole body is paninig me, also when doing the things I love doing now feels like I am being forced to do so.
There was a time that I barely had time for myself talk more of my friends around me so anytime I am caught up in the same space with them, talking to them gets tiring and eventually draining instead of feeling happy and having fun as before, time feels like it's running so fast which also brings about procrastination. These and many more are they situations that makes me feel I am doing too much, even though there are more situations that could relate to doing too much.
So yes there have been situations and there are still situations that makes me feel I am doing too much and at the process I get to loose myself but I hope revise would be the case for you 😘.
Wishing you a great week ahead, much love from this side.

In school year we could be stressed in the last school year before the exams I started to suffer from panicking attacks and I still have it in stressful moments it's the way body scream " stop stress yourself '.
I think many of us ignore our limits until our body forces us to stop. Like it's not a good thing but we are human beings after all so we tend to keep doing what's not good for us. 🤦🏻♀️
It was a beautiful post, I enjoyed reading every bit of it.
Have a wonderful day! ♥️
When we feel like we don't have enough time, especially when you have those signs your body is giving you, perhaps you should consult a doctor. Sometimes it's not a lack of time, but rather that you're carrying your own and others' expectations, and that can affect your well-being. I hope everything goes well with your health, and have a nice day,

Honestly, school stress can really cause all this. Our body will tell us to stop stressing ourselves but our mind will tell us to keep going. The only time I always stress myself is during exam period and it always affect me when we are done with the exam.
Stress is not a good thing! Our bodies stay in the 'flight or fight' stance when we are stressed and the adrenal system never gets a break. It messes with our hormones, with our head and with well being! There are ways to counter it; deep breathing; take a walk; go out in nature and just 'be'. Those are just a few. The times in which we live does leave us with the sense that time is indeed speeding up! I often long to just 'unplug' for a day or a week, but never get to do it. I doubt many get the opportunity.
Thank you for sharing and have a lovely day! !LADY

I am happy that you found a way of listening to your body and reducing stressing yourself.
Rest is very important. We need to take up time outs from businesses, work and social activities to rest.
It is very important to our well being.
